The experience was reasonable, I ordered the lasagna and I confess that I expected more in terms of preparation and quality. The service is attentive. The environment is welcoming.

Location further away from the most tourist areas, which makes it easier to have fewer crowds. We ordered a pizza and some pici with ragu and it was the tastiest meal of our entire trip to Tuscany. Very good service and very very good price. Totally recommended

After visiting the historic center we stopped for a spritz attracted by this small but welcoming place. The manager welcomed us with his friendliness and kindness and in addition to an excellent spritz we had a delicious platter to say the least. I advise

Place away from the hustle and bustle and very cozy. More than reasonable prices and very delicious food. It is well worth coming and enjoying Tuscan food.

Ci siamo fermati per aperitivo, alla fine ci siamo alzato dal tavolo dopo 2 ore soddisfatti e con la pancia piena, cibo e vino al top e personale disponibile e molto simpatico ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nonostante fossimo turisti.

Consigliato dal proprietario del B&B li vicino ci siamo fatti una pizza di domenica sera. La prima cosa da far notare è la gentilezza e la simpatia della ragazza in sala (Uarda). Bravissima. le pizze erano buone, fin troppo ricche di condimento e le birre ottime. Il conto è stato onestissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare anche gli altri piatti toscani cucinati. Unico consiglio è quello di curare meglio la pulizia dei tavoli e del locale. Anche solo delle tovagliette tipo bistrot non sarebbero male.

12/01/2024: Un recente cambiamento nella brigata di cucina sta apportando piacevoli novità nel menù, che si sta progressivamente aprendo, grazie all’ ottima Clara, a nuove proposte. Lo stile simpatico e assolutamente competente di patron Niccolò rimane però inalterato, garantendo ai clienti del locale un’offerta strepitosa per quanto riguarda le birre (e anche per i vini, comunque, non si scherza!). Prenotare con largo anticipo poiché i posti sono limitati.
05/09/2023: Recommendation from our host - not really tuscan but very nice owner, atmosphere, prices and food. I had the "Pizza Mannara" which reminded me of a Plescavica. A bit out of the way but if you are staying in the area, there are a bit less options than down in the valley. Would come back again, no doubt.
