08/06/2026: Why choose Sottomarino? There's no single answer. You have to start from the beginning: the welcome. The owners and staff know how to make you feel at ease, they listen and accommodate your requests, and they all have a smile and impeccable demeanor. The location: fantastic: you're faced with an incredible view, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail (including the small vase of fresh flowers and, in the evening, the designer lamp), the furnishings, the background music... Everything is designed to make you feel immersed in beauty. Finally (but I should have mentioned this right away), the cuisine is top-notch. I can't single out one dish in particular: everything is a true explosion of flavor! We choose a different dish each time, and we've never been disappointed. In short, if you're passing through Follonica, I highly recommend enjoying an unforgettable experience at Sottomarino.

The restaurant is a true reference point for those seeking completely gluten-free cuisine, yet also capable of satisfying those with no intolerances. The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate, perfect for a dinner with friends or family. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests' needs. I'll definitely be back!!!
