21/05/2026: We were so excited to find a Mexican place in Florence! The food was absolutely delicious! We got the chicken tacos and guacamole which were both so flavorful. The tacos were also huge! By far the best Mexican food we've had in Italy. The space was large and festive. There's a huge amount of indoor space and a gorgeous outdoor area for dining too. Highly recommend if your looking for some good Mexican food in Florence!

19/04/2026: Atmosphere: This place is bursting with color. Placemats with Day of the Dead icicles, mustard-yellow walls, a portrait of Frida Kahlo looking at you from the wall. It's not your typical elegant white-tablecloth Mexican place: it's casual, noisy, and fun. You come in to eat, and you leave wanting a party. The burritos: The absolute stars. A large tortilla, seared on a griddle with just the right amount of burnt edges. Inside, you'll find everything: moist, spiced rice, crispy breaded chicken, melted cheese, lettuce, and tomato. There's also a "redder" version, probably with chili or meat. They're perfectly sealed: compact, they don't fall apart, and the filling doesn't escape. Generous portions: one is enough for a full dinner. The plating is simple but thoughtful. A square white plate, a sprinkling of paprika, drops of salsa that "dirty" in a deliberately street-style way. Always that little tuft of lettuce with jalapeño on the side: so you can adjust the spiciness yourself. To drink: In addition to the classic Coca-Cola can, they have gems like "La Muerte - Mexican Beer Amber Ale." A crazy label with the El Musico skeleton playing the guitar. The amber beer is perfect with the burritos' rich flavors. A detail that shows how much they care about the theme. Experience: Fast, friendly, no-frills service. Considering how full they are on your plate. Perfect place for groups, couples, and carefree evenings. Super filling and tasty burrito. 02/04/2026: Truly delicious dishes, creatively and tastefully presented. Clean place, excellent service, friendly waiters... we had a wonderful evening with background music and excellent food. Reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back.

05/05/2026: We've visited Hard Rock before, and we remember this location as the one where we had the best combo meal. Franchise prices and decor as always. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the price of the beer; paying 8.95 euros for a Peroni is a bit much. They could have a bigger mug or a smaller one, after all, it's a beer you can find for 1 euro at the corner market.

19/04/2026: The price was too high. It was written on the menu that it was 4 euros, but I was charged 4.5 euros. They didn’t tell me when they checked out. They didn‘t wear gloves when cooking, and they touched it directly with their hands.

01/05/2026: Last weekend, my family and my boyfriend went. We checked out their Instagram account and booked our table there. There are plenty of tables, but I think it's always recommended to book. The service was very fast and efficient. The concept is great, and it feels like dining at a typical American fast food restaurant from the '80s and '90s. The atmosphere is thoughtfully designed, from the music to the uniforms of the servers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very efficient. I personally recommend the burger over the chicken, but everything was really good. We had two appetizers: the mozzarella sticks and the jalapeños. They were all good, but we wouldn't get them again. I had the bacon cheeseburger, which was very good. All the burgers come with fries. Then there was an endless variety of desserts. We had the red velvet milkshake, the blackout cheesecake, and the waffle. Everything was delicious, except the waffle was a little small. Everything was thoughtfully designed, a truly beautiful place that I would gladly return to. We spent €52 per couple, but we had appetizers, a sandwich, and dessert, with drinks included. It seems like a fair price to me, even for the quality.

10/05/2026: Worse than I expected. I went back because I happened to be in the area and found out once again that it's not the best... It's a shame because the place and the concept aren't bad at all... The atmosphere isn't very well-kept, the quality of the products leaves a lot to be desired (but still better than McDonald's), and the price is excessive.
