09/08/2025: Pleasant atmosphere, just like a trattoria should be. Service is prompt and friendly, they spontaneously offer solutions, and they communicate very well. Delicious dishes. Wonderful bruschetta pomodoro and grilled tagliatta. Also recommended: tagliatelle Nero seppie and pici al ragu blanco. Child-friendly.

31/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per tappa pranzo nel lungo viaggio Nord-Sud. Proprio all'uscita autostradale. Un'ottima alternativa all'autogrill. Spendi un po' di più, ma guadagni in qualità, atmosfera e servizio: chianina e altre carni alla brace buonissime, contorni di verdura della tradizione locale e cantucci fatti dal pasticcere sotto i vostri occhi. Il servizio è efficiente e molto amichevole.

30/07/2025: Un ristorante che sembra per viandanti di passaggio ma in realtà nasconde una vena commerciale importante. Tanta fila che si esaurisce in 20 minuti o meno . Carne molto buona (preso la chianina), ma il consiglio è : non vi fate suggestionare troppo dai camerieri (sempre comunque gentili e cordiali) e scegliete voi. Conto: la carne buona di paga!

10/08/2025: The place was very nice, the waitresses were friendly. However, we didn't like the food at all. We had asked for it to be mildly spicy, but it was too spicy. For our first visit, we weren't given any instructions on how to approach the dish. We were also thinking of eating Indian food, but the cuisine is purely Nepalese.

The quality is superior, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and communicative. At Gina's, you'll find the philosophy of fine Tuscan dining (like it used to be). 07/08/2025: I was in Montecatini for a short vacation and wanted to eat at a local trattoria. I chose Gina's and had a really good time. The pasta was homemade with an excellent sauce and the staff were very friendly. I recommend it.

19/07/2025: Un posto stupendo, atmosfera magica, qualità più che eccellente, ma la cosa importante che Francesco e Gaia sono il top veramente passi una serata incantevole.. simpatia e serietà al momento giusto ☺️ Io non sono amante di sushi crudo ma questo è veramente qualcosa di eccellente!

17/07/2025: It was a wonderful experience. The beautiful, refined atmosphere and background music created the perfect backdrop. But the real star was the food. Everything was excellent, meticulously prepared by the chef's skilled hands. I was amazed by the ease with which he managed to make everything superb. The scallops were top-notch, but everything else was sublime too! Thank you for the experience!

18/08/2025: We were in Florence on vacation and had been highly recommended this restaurant. So, we entered, sat down, and were greeted courteously by the waiter, and then exemplarily by the owner, who treated us with incredible delicacy. We ordered a Florentine steak, which was shown to us raw, and after confirming the price, we confirmed that it would be prepared... When it arrived, what can I say? Her Majesty Fiorentina, 1kg of incredibly tender delicacy, melt-in-your-mouth! What can I say? If we return to Florence, we will definitely be back here! Many thanks again to the owner for the treatment he gave us! The best 🔝!

04/07/2025: A true gem away from the hustle and bustle – this small, charming restaurant is (rightfully!) frequented almost exclusively by locals. The food? Simply delicious, made with love, and full of flavor. The service? Warm, attentive, and yet wonderfully unobtrusive. And the prices? Almost too fair to be true. Everything is just right here – atmosphere, quality, and authenticity. I'll definitely be back! We had the beef tartare, truffle spaghetti, and spaghetti Lombardo. Everything was absolutely wonderful.

27/07/2025: Prachtige omgeving, informeel aangekleed. De bediening was uitermate vriendelijk. Als “buren” (huurwoning om de bocht) nog even met de eigenaar een gesprekje gevoerd. Erg vriendelijk! Het eten was heel goed. Verse producten , gewoon helemaal prima. Vooral de ravioli met vijgen en spek was te gek. Eigengemaakt olijfolie 😍

The meat? Excellent quality: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for those who love flavor and attention to detail.
