19/08/2025: If there were more Max Food and Music, the hospitality and restaurant industry would benefit. At Max, the atmosphere is informal, but beautiful, with kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. The food is superb, the location is superb, and the prices are reasonable. I couldn't imagine anything better. We went as a group for my mother's 80th birthday, so we could get a better idea of how the evening went. My mother's words, "The best birthday ever," are significant. Thank you, Max, and all your wonderful staff.

16/08/2025: We're from Rome, and we went to this place last night with some Tuscan friends. The pizza was excellent, and the atmosphere was very nice and informal. Max was excellent and very friendly. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can.

12/08/2025: Beautiful, modern winery. The woman who took over the winery was brilliant; she was very knowledgeable and exuded passion. The wines we tasted were truly excellent, paired with cured meats, cheeses, and olive oil. I recommend it to all Chianti lovers!

29/07/2025: I was here with a friend through a reservation with Smartbox, which included a tasting of three glasses of wine accompanied by a sampling of local olive oil and salami and cheese paired with the wines served. The woman explained the entire history of the winery to us and was truly impeccable in her explanations of the wines. We took a tour of the cellar, seeing the various processes involved in creating the various types of wine. She showed us where they keep the concrete and wooden barrels and where the wine is transferred between the various processes. The wine was good, and we went home with a nice purchase.

05/10/2025: A couple's evening with a fried pizza as an appetizer and a new pizza for my wife and I, water and house wine and a dessert... everything was perfect, even with the price. The only downside was the ambiance: the ceiling was too high, so the room was overrun with customer chatter, almost to the point of not feeling like you were at your own table... it could easily be improved!!! I must say that the memory of how pleasant the experience at this trattoria was has remained indelible in all of us. The vegetable pot, the suckling pig, the garden, the model of a farm a few kilometers away that we then stopped by to buy... I hope to visit you again someday. Thank you for the pleasant memory.

15/10/2025: A place for those who aren't looking for luxury; the tablecloths and napkins are paper, and the glasses aren't crystal. The staff is kind and efficient. The owner is very nice. The menu isn't very long and includes both fish and meat. All Tuscan dishes are well-cooked. The portions are embarrassing for those who aren't serious eaters. I recommend splitting the portions if possible. One detail I really appreciate: you can talk without shouting because it's not noisy. The bill? A pleasant surprise; it's hard to find something cheaper. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended, in my opinion.

09/10/2025: Above all, it's always at the Coop, more than always top notch! Anyway, the food isn't bad! The only downside is not ending up in jail! It all depends on the owner, unfortunately!! 😉
