The food was quite fresh and delicious. I ordered the wild boar pasta, but it had a strong smell, so it wasn't to my liking. It's a local restaurant; tourists would probably find it hard to come here without a guide. You have to make a reservation. The view is beautiful, overlooking Florence. I ate there on a weekend lunchtime and it was quite crowded. My friend and I only ordered one dish each and chatted, so the waiter kept coming over two or three times to politely ask us to leave. Strange 🤦🏻‍♀️🤔

Historic building on the hills of Florence. Unforgettable views, ample parking, mostly local clientele, Tuscan cuisine good enough but not wow-worthy, generous portions, and somewhat distracted service. Fairly good value. While not entirely convincing, I'd like to return to see if we've had a bad night.

Had lunch today for my parents' 60th birthday! Excellent food, excellent service, very kind staff, and especially the owner, Alex, who is super helpful and attentive to everything! Fabulous location with a fantastic panoramic view.

I went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent; we agreed on a set menu with the owner, which included appetizers and second courses. The service was impeccable and super fast: the staff is friendly and helpful. Finally, the atmosphere is very charming; the restaurant is well-decorated and well-maintained, and the outdoor veranda offers a truly breathtaking view of Florence. I highly recommend it!

28/04/2026: A place run by a wonderful woman and her friend, who welcome you with a smile and serve authentic, excellent food! The wisteria in bloom is a must-see.
25/04/2026: Cuisine as it once was, simple, authentic, and with a thousand nuances, different every time, never the same, but always delicious. One of those hidden gems, now extremely rare, which fortunately still exist, where you can eat and feel at home—even at home, I'd say—where the passion, kindness, and friendliness of those who welcome you reign supreme. 07/06/2026: We ate at many restaurants during our trip to Florence! We returned here, however, because the food was truly superb, and my son wanted to eat his first Florentine steak! I admit that, even though I'm not a fan of undercooked meat, here I had to change my mind because the raw ingredients were truly exceptional! The tiramisu, as well... the best I've ever had! I'll be back soon!
06/06/2026: I tried the tripe and it was good. Very welcoming, good advice on wine.
