Outside of Sicily, I think it was the place where I ate the best Sicilian desserts of my entire life!
I usually go into long-winded reviews, but in this case it's enough to say this; great pastry chefs who use excellent raw materials and who give priority to taste rather than design in their creations (which, unfortunately, is increasingly rare nowadays...)
Ps. In summer the granitas are nothing short of exceptional!!

I never eat lemon baked goods, and the lemon cream from here was so delicious that I liked it best of all! Great pastries, I recommend.

Se volete mangiare cibo , non come quello della Sicilia , ma lo STESSO ! Ricette originali e usano la stessa alta qualità dei prodotti. Ho girato tanto per Pisa nei locali che dicono di fare cibo artigianale siciliano.. loro fanno tutto come da tradizione … come ad esempio le granite, Rosticceria, e pastìccini … tutto veramente buonissimo ! Se volete qualità siete nel posto giusto !

We visited a few bakeries during our 4 days in Pisa as the accommodation we booked did not provide breakfast. They were all lovely but this was by far our favourite, not only in terms of the amazing variety of delicious foods but also the extremely warm and friendly welcome from the two smiley ladies who served us. We loved it so much that we returned on our way to the airport to buy some extras to bring back to the UK with us! This is a must visit if you go to Pisa! Thank you so much to the lovely ladies who looked after us so well.
