04/03/2024: A wonderful little restaurant with a warm host who immediately makes you feel at home. The dishes are excellent, at their best. The wild boar goulash and the beef cheeks are a real treat. We also had roasted potatoes and, as a recommendation, whole Roman artichokes fried in olive oil (you can eat them completely with the stem!). The desserts are to die for, don't forget: Vin Santo with Cantuccini, the best I've ever tasted, made by the host's wife. An absolute culinary highlight! Thanks Emilio, we will come again!

08/03/2024: Birthday of a Friend, simple welcoming location with two rooms, smiling and professional staff and owners. Menu with different choices and also dishes of the day, we took courgette flowers stuffed with fantastic mozzarella and anchovies and delicious Giudia artichokes, tortiglioni alla gricia (cheese and pepper with bacon) excellent spaghetti carbonara delicious, here you can see the typical Roman cuisine , and off the menu linguine allo scoglio I didn't try it but it was tasty, then the Regina steak, wonderful fried lamb and delicious grilled lamb, Roman chicory, all accompanied by an excellent Sangiovese house wine, which to say was a lot I didn't return to Castellucci but as before and always an excellent guarantee, thank you 👍.

18/01/2024: We were looking for a place to have dinner before going to the airport, attracted by the positive reviews and the "peculiarity". It is a familiar, simple place and this makes it unique. We came here to eat well without too much fuss and so it was. We had a carbonara worthy of the best Roman restaurants, abundant and tasty cream, unsurpassed bacon, tasty and crunchy. Then a truly exquisite amatriciana, you could already tell from the flavor of the tomato that the raw materials used were of high quality. To finish, some delicious Roman saltimbocca. Little chatter, spartan environment, but if what you want is to eat abundant and tasty dishes, you are in the right place.

17/01/2024: Spectacular carbonara! The chef is very nice, and despite working alone he manages the place to perfection. The prices are honest. Among the selection of local dishes you can also choose to try sushi. The place is now one of the most sought-after hidden destinations in the city.

01/04/2024: The rating is an average between the food and the service. Quality food, good starters and excellent carbonara. Negative note about the service: Very long wait. Two and a half hours for an appetizer and a first course. I understand that it was Easter Sunday but all this waiting is inconceivable, and then the waiter: haughtily, "we are working, you are sitting". I would definitely go back for the food, absolutely not for the service.
