13/04/2025: Stopped in by chance. Ordered the Florentine Steak special. Steak was cooked to my liking. Potatoes were good. Bruschetta didn't please my palate, but it was still edible. Customer service was great. The atmosphere was nice. Enjoyable dining experience.

The place has introduced something new that makes it unique: a robot waiter named Bob. The atmosphere is welcoming and with attention to detail with attentive and friendly service. 15/04/2025: This is a lovely restaurant just outside the busy areas of Florence. The tomato and burrata spaghetti was absolutely outstanding and one of the best pasta dishes that we ate in Italy. We also had the bottone, which was lovely, the lamb and the porchetta Guinea fowl. The waiting staff were friendly and able to recommend a wine to complement our food choices. The restaurant had a nice buzz to it and we would definitely recommend.

13/04/2025: I don't even know how to express my experience. It was definitely above the expectations. The food is fabulous. Staff is very attentive and the overall experience is just 10 out of 10. I will definitely come again. The chef definitely knows what he is doing!!!

29/03/2025: Very authentic place in the middle of the old town. Super nice people. There are vegetarian desserts and of course meals. But the tagliata was also excellent. I can particularly recommend the fennel orange salad.

Without a doubt, this has been a great success. Trattoria Diladdarno offers authentic Florentine food, with unique flavors and exquisite dishes that we have not tried anywhere else. Everything was delicious, with quality ingredients and careful preparation. Furthermore, the treatment of the staff has been exceptional, making us feel at home. We chose a set menu of 30 including everything shown in the photos apart from dessert. The staff were kind and welcoming. In the historic center of Cortona. The meat melts in your mouth. Water and wine at will. You can't miss this opportunity. Call ahead because the place has few tables. Highly recommended
