18/04/2026: We've been wanting to go to this restaurant with friends for a long time, but honestly, we weren't thrilled. The staff were friendly but inexperienced, a mess. The food was mediocre, the sea bream was poorly cleaned, with bones and blood. This shouldn't happen for such a high price... the fish-based first courses were tasteless. In short, there are restaurants at this price, definitely better, better, better!!! We won't be back, and we don't recommend it.

02/06/2026: It's absolutely delicious! I've eaten it twice in three days. One is huge; one is enough for two girls. The owner is also very friendly and always recommends it to us.

14/04/2026: Excellent restaurant with delicious pizza (including gluten-free!) located in Castel San Gimignano, centrally located and easily accessible, especially if you're traveling. Excellent service and very friendly and polite waiters. A bonus is the wide selection of gluten-free dishes and drinks, which are not always easy to find.

01/06/2026: To avoid the motorway service stations, we accidentally exited at Barberino and found this little oasis of peace. A unique and welcoming location, with a choice of pizzeria, restaurant, and deli—the latter being my favorite. The counter offers appetizing homemade dishes. Our lunch: 1 tagliatelle with meat sauce, Tuscan ham, 2 portions of roast beef (excellent), a mixed vegetable platter made to my liking, bread for two, 1 liter of still water, and 2 coffees (excellent). All for 43 euros. Special praise to the deli staff, who are very friendly, kind, smiling, and attentive to customer requests, which is no small feat! The shop offers a wide assortment of food and non-food products. In short, a very pleasant stop!

10/06/2026: There were two of us; we parked in the covered paid parking lot, and there's also the P6 parking lot nearby. It was a long weekend Sunday and Montepulciano was very busy; we hadn't booked, but we were very lucky to get a table for two around 9 pm. The place is small but extremely cute, the staff were welcoming, and the food was delicious. We were extremely satisfied! We ordered a cacciatore appetizer, two first courses, two desserts, water, a glass of wine, and two coffees. Very fair prices! We were truly satisfied! We'll definitely be back!

We fell in love with the attitude of the owner Luciano, who paid personal attention to everyone, offered a place in the shade for people to wait in line for tables, gave them wine as compensation, water for the children, recommended tasting food and drinks, if you hesitated about the choice and sent everyone off with a kind word. 02/06/2026: We headed to this restaurant after visiting the Sorano spa, and I have to say it was the highlight of the day. The food here is delicious; everything is delicious and prepared with love, and the service is excellent.

02/06/2026: The food was sensational. Definitely try the beef carpaccio, and afterwards I highly recommend the tagliata di manzo con arugula e parmigiano. The house red wine was a wonderful accompaniment. For dessert... puff pastry with cream; we shared one portion. The price was right... I highly recommend eating there. It's best to reserve in advance.

06/05/2026: I went to Ristorante Daria on May 1st with friends and we couldn't have chosen better. We ate divinely: dishes crafted with attention to every detail and authentic flavors. It was a crescendo of flavors from appetizer to dessert. Compliments to the staff for their courteous and professional service. A tour of Montichiello is also highly recommended: a beautiful village with meticulous attention to detail, just like on postcards of Tuscany.

06/05/2026: Truly exceptional. The hospitality and kindness of the owners were truly appreciated. The homemade pici pasta is unbeatable, but I also recommend the chicken livers served with jam for an appetizer. The black cherry crème caramel for dessert was the best I've ever tasted. Plenty of vegetarian options, too. I can't wait to return!
