The exquisite food, ambiance, staff, and owner make this place a perfect place to spend evenings, enjoying good food and a warm welcome. The owner's warmth and hospitality make us feel right at home. I wish him a very happy birthday. I won't talk about prices, because it would be reductive to put a price on such passion.

Very intimate and charming location.
Excellent food; we had crostini, pici, and the beef tagliata, all delicious.
Fair prices, very friendly staff, impeccable service.

We ordered their house antipasto. The quality of the cured meats was excellent, as were the cheeses and crostini. This was followed by a first course of tagliatelle with white wild boar ragù, which was truly delicious and well-made. The only downside was that the ragù was sometimes too spicy. Finally, the main course was their pistachio-crusted Cinta Senese fillet with fig and spring onion sauce. The quality of the meat was fantastic, as was the cooking. Personally, the fig sauce tasted more like jam, making the whole thing too cloying.
Their house wine was excellent, and an honorable mention for the bill.
I recommend it to everyone for a pleasant lunch in Pitigliano.

Excellent restaurant, good food... small but very nice place, reservations recommended... there is a small room at the end but it has a beautiful ceiling (it used to be a watchtower... that's what the owner told me) recommended

For lunch, we had a plate of homemade pici with Tuscan ragù (it wasn't on the menu, but we really appreciated the option to change the sauce) and an acquacotta (typical soup). The pici were excellent and plentiful, while the acquacotta was a bit bland, but it was fine for a light meal. We had a long wait for the house wine, which was behind us, and unfortunately, the grotto area (which was beautiful) had an unpleasant musty smell. We spent around €33 for two dishes, a half-liter of house wine, water, cover charge, and coffee. I'd definitely recommend it!

Excellent food in a historic setting. We were in the back room, inside an ancient tower, with a very special atmosphere.
Delicious food with traditional ingredients and very kind and helpful service. I definitely recommend a stop at this trattoria.
