11/10/2025: Stunning and wonderful restaurant: excellent cuisine, very pleasant atmosphere, very kind and welcoming staff.

08/10/2025: We were there for a retirement, and I have to say the food was truly excellent, and the service was good. The only downside was the noise in the room because there were 20 of us and the room was small.

21/09/2025: I had lunch here today with my boyfriend. It's a charming place, with a breathtaking view. The food is truly exceptional, a wonderful culinary experience, not to mention the service. The service was the highlight of the meal. Simone, with his charisma, has the gift of making the atmosphere unique; we felt pampered. He's truly friendly and attentive. We found incredibly genuine hospitality and an unparalleled desire to make guests feel at home. Thanks also to Filomena, whose kindness and sweetness helped make our stay divine. Keep up the good work; if we were to return to the area, we would definitely return.

15/09/2025: An evening with friends, a pleasant surprise: the location with a panoramic view, even though it was a September night and rainy. A beautifully renovated rustic setting. Traditional Tuscan food, prepared with a modern twist. Authentic flavors with quality local products, starting with the wine, although there are several choices, but the local one is truly excellent. The service was impeccable. A lovely evening.

19/10/2025: How wonderful it is to be able to return to a place at least once a year (I really wish I could go there more often 😅) and be recognized, pampered and spoiled by their dishes and their staff 🤗 everything is truly excellent, every time I would be curious to try other places, but then turn around I can't help but go back to them... they have a menu too delicious and the staff fantastic to give up where you don't feel at home as a welcome guest.

28/09/2025: An experience to forget. The two of us arrived at 12 and asked for an aperitif. The waitress asked the manager if we could sit down. She replied curtly, "It's lunch time now, I need tables." The waitress pointed to a couple of tables; the place was empty, but the manager wouldn't hear of it. We had our aperitif 20 meters up the street, and then lunch 30 meters further up. I feel sorry for them.

23/10/2025: Delicious food. The truffle dishes are amazing, and the desserts are fantastic. Apparently, the restaurant isn't easy to get to, but I was lucky enough to attend a truffle tasting dinner. I highly recommend it!

07/10/2025: What a wonderful restaurant, we came here twice a couple of years ago and we returned a couple of days ago. The food was just as good as we remembered it. The consistency of quality is amazing. Please let us visit again when we are next in Firenze, incidentally we had not booked and they managed to squeeze us in. Thank you so much.

29/10/2025: A very good restaurant, tucked away in a small village but well worth the detour. The food is excellent, well-seasoned, the meat is very tender, a real treat, and the ingredients are high quality and well-chosen. The setting is lovely, and the grill for the rib-eye steaks in the dining room is fantastic. The staff is friendly and efficient. A minor drawback is that the hot dishes aren't served hot, so the sauce and meat cool down quickly. Just a small shame about that. (This applies to the Angus sirloin and the beef tenderloin.) I highly recommend this restaurant for meat lovers.

27/10/2025: Had lunch and dinner several times with the family, excellent cuisine and refined wines. Porcini mushrooms reign supreme (I've never seen such a variety of dishes) when it's in season, and meats... The friendly and gruff owner took me on a tour of the kitchen last time... 🍄‍🟫 🍷🍄‍🟫Recommended

12/11/2025: Hotel suitable for excursions in the area. Comfortable room, decent mattress, but not modern furnishings. Bathroom okay, heating okay. Overall good.

02/11/2025: Very cute place and really delicious food! I love Calci and went to this trattoria for the first time yesterday for lunch. I had the tordelli lucchesi and the cheek with mashed potatoes! Everything was delicious 🤤 even the dark chocolate cake! Very friendly and helpful service! A truly pleasant and wonderful experience :) We'll be back soon!!

29/10/2025: A very pleasant end to the trip after visiting the charterhouse. The lady was energetic and very nice, the food was well above average and the wine delicious. The desserts underlined it all. Our whole group thanks and wishes you good luck

12/10/2025: Zero professionalism, if the waiter shamelessly flirts with customers, charging only 2 euros for a sandwich just to keep hitting on me even after being rejected by my partner, and repeatedly asking for her Instagram account. We'll be back to pay full price for the sandwich and explain to this guy that by doing so, he's ruining the business of a restaurant that is an institution in Pisa. Congratulations.

12/09/2025: Meat, of course, dominates all dishes; the pork is top-notch, but the steak is no exception. Excellent wine list. Prompt and competent service. Prices are moderately high, but commensurate with the excellent quality of the dishes. We'll be back.

12/09/2025: Very relaxed place (uncomfortable chairs, though), good food (but a bit sparse on the plates), efficient service. The bill was a bit steep (100 for two, including a bottle of wine, a first course, a second course, an appetizer, and two side dishes), but I think that's a trend in the area where the restaurant is located. We'll definitely return, perhaps to try other local dishes.

18/09/2025: 🔝. It's not just a butcher shop. It's a place to go for excellent food. Truly delicious first courses, second courses, and side dishes. The meat is delicious and cooked to perfection. Luca is a great, friendly guy, always ready with a joke. Wonderful staff. Congratulations. It's become my favorite lunch spot.

11/10/2025: Very close to Antinori and in the heart of Garbino, this restaurant was bustling with locals and tourists (like us) which made the atmosphere come alive in such a great way. Food: 5/5. We had Florentine steak which was cooked just right and full of flavour. Also a pasta and a side of potatoes, it was all incredibly delicious. Come dolci, we indulged in their panna cotta options and they nailed it on all aspects. Service: 5/5. Not much to say here other than they did very well and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our reservation was held and we were served quickly.

04/11/2025: I could say this was the best food we had in our trip through Italy. What a good carpaccio, terrific pasta (pici all’aglione) and the meat 5 starts worthy. The waitress was lovely and very professional.

15/10/2025: Two top-notch servers! So nice, they don't count! What matters is your satisfaction. PGI Tuscan olive oil, no problem, self-service. The Montepulciano is €22, no problem, sold out, they're putting the one at €50. Don't even talk about the cheese platter... 500g of cheese 😉 Osso bucco, at least three slices. Top-notch!!! Generous as can be!!! French, English, Italian Everything is easy. A big bravo! A wonderful time.

13/10/2025: Meat-only dishes. We had the Florentine steak and fillet. The fillet was excellent, with plenty of lard that melted in your mouth. The Florentine steak was good, but served like a tagliata. I would have preferred to be able to decide after serving it at the table whether to have it sliced ​​or do it myself.
