A prime location that allows you to visit some of Florence's best spots while avoiding the crowds.

11/06/2026: I had the most special birthday dinner at Cancello dei Macci. The service was just fabulous! Since the first second, the ragazzi were very kind, gentle and fun. They suggested good wines and were super open to my requests on the bistecca. Even without any request from my family, they realized it was my birthday and sang a very wholesome happy birthday to me, giving me an amazing tiramisu. They made me feel great.
Regarding the food, don't even think twice. Everything was just unbelievably amazing. The bistecca was heavenly, the risotos were mindblowing and the burrata was the perfect starter.
Thank you very much! I'll never forget my birthday in Firenze.

16/05/2026: The food at Osteria Miranda is truly delicious, with original and delicious combinations!
Unfortunately, the only downside was the service. We were a slightly larger table, and the waiter asked us to order identical dishes, but given the vastness and deliciousness of the menu, we didn't. His reaction wasn't very polite, with plenty of ironic jokes, well... no way!
Despite this, we had a lovely evening, and it's a place I recommend.
07/05/2026: An elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. We opted for the chef's suggested menu: a succession of delightful discoveries and excellent products. A coherent gastronomic journey, yet one that's open to the needs of each guest. The tartare is sublime, the meatballs a touch of the heart. An experience that expands and enriches you. Hats off.

25/01/2026: I've been there many times and have always loved everything. The last time was for my mom's birthday. We had a mixed Tuscan antipasti (special), then straight to the main course with fillets and steak, and to finish, a mix of homemade desserts, all delicious. The outdoor garden is stunning; in the summer, you can eat outside in the cool evening air. In short, there's little to complain about; you can't fault such a perfect place.
25/01/2026: Whenever we pass through, any excuse is a good one to stop and eat here. The staff is courteous and helpful, the location is the most relaxing, and the food is endless.
It goes without saying that they deserve full marks!

08/06/2026: We went here to eat because of the many very good reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Anyone who has ever eaten a proper vegan meal (e.g., in a big city) knows that this restaurant can't compete. I had an appetizer that was completely tasteless. The main course was okay, but nothing special. And for that, it was simply too expensive. Yes, they probably use high-quality ingredients, but then they need to season them better. The service was inconsistent. One waiter was overly friendly, while the other had to be reminded that we wanted the menu. If I weren't vegan, I wouldn't eat here.

07/05/2026: theres farrrr better GF at other places. this is a money sucking establishment with deceiving marketing tactics. my pizza was soggy, goey, not fully cooked. and they're too desperate for a review which takes away from the genuineness of the service.

12/04/2026: A comfortable place to watch spectacular sunsets. Kindness and friendliness are complemented by a menu dedicated to meat lovers; cured meats and cheeses make all the difference. The 1.2kg steak was the star.

Even thought it was a rainy cold day, Julia made us feel right at home with the wine tasting and meet/cheese tray. it is a rather small vineyard, but that is exactly what we were looking for. Exceed all expectations and would highly recommend.

04/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at 1250 Ristorante Pizzeria. The food was absolutely delicious—the pasta ragù was incredibly flavorful, same as the pasta with burrata. and you simply cannot leave without trying the tiramisu, it’s an absolute must!
Besides the great food, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We sat outside on their cozy terrace, which had a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We also tried some off-menu dishes, which were truly excellent, confirming the attention to quality ingredients and preparation.
The staff was also very positive: attentive, kind, and available to offer advice. A truly pleasant experience, excellent flavors, and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

14/05/2026: Great experience! Truly delicious food, from the cheese platter to the white ragù to the meat. The place is welcoming and well-kept, with friendly, kind, and helpful staff.
When we got the bill, there was an error in the order, but as soon as we realized it the next day, they were quick to correct it and refund us the difference.
Their attention to customer service is truly appreciated. Recommended!
