Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. My food arrived barely warm, so I sent it back expecting the issue to be properly resolved. Unfortunately, it came back exactly the same — still not hot enough to enjoy. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of concern from the staff. My comments about the food were met with indifference, as though they simply couldn’t be bothered. Basic food standards and customer service were clearly not a priority. I left feeling ignored, frustrated, and very unlikely to return.

22/04/2026: Wonderful evening, excellent food in a magnificent location. Thanks again to my dear friend Alfred for the excellent service; my wife and I felt truly pampered! Highly recommended!
22/04/2026: Love this restaurant so much! I visited for dinner with my mum. Sitting next to the window, the view was so nice I could see the veccio bridge so close. Food was delicious and fresh. Wine and dessert was really nice. Thanks to our server Alfredo, he was very attentive during the whole time and friendly. He said hi in my language, Korean which was very sweet! Highly recommend.
