The place is certainly beautiful and romantic. The real problem was the waiters. After I reported that the meat was inedible, I was told that it's just like that, which is absolutely not true.

Slow service, we've been here for an hour and still no food. I don't want to be critical, but unfortunately I'm forced to write the truth. The only thing I tasted was that sour onion, after the wait, tasteless food.

03/10/2025: We spent a perfect evening here. The food was cooked just right. We ordered the fish tartare, shrimp pasta, fish fillet with fried potatoes, and tiramisu. Everything was prepared beautifully. The restaurant is located on the rooftop (5th floor) of the hotel, offering an unobstructed view of Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza della Signoria. The atmosphere is young, lively, and trendy, with a DJ playing urban/tech music, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The service was outstanding! At the front desk, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly lady with dark curly hair. Once upstairs, every staff member was both professional and kind. They even treated us to a few shots to celebrate our first visit to Florence. Truly an unforgettable experience! We will be back❤️
