29/11/2024: We had dinner in this bistro and were pleasantly surprised by the enveloping atmosphere created by Viola, the owner and fantastic cook, and Daniele, the great restaurant master... Florentine meatballs as per tradition and even better and inebriating Thai chicken, not easy to find in these areas... truly Neapolitan baba' in the end... all watered down with excellent pinot blanc and selected rum... to come back a thousand times!

08/07/2025: Beautiful experience! Restaurant with a great panoramic view, excellent service, very kind, professional, and helpful! Welcoming place! We saw other dishes passing by and I must say they were visually appetizing and carefully prepared! We had the pizza, delicious! Well done to the pizza chefs! I highly recommend this restaurant! You won't be disappointed! We'll be back!

28/06/2025: Family dinner: impeccable welcome and exquisite food. I highly recommend if you want to eat an excellent Florentine steak but the rest of the dishes were also top. Neat and clean environment.

With an eye for innovation they have managed to maintain the characteristic flavors of Italian cuisine, simple, tasty but not banal. Highly recommended!!!

05/07/2025: Tried on the evening of Thursday 3 July 25 4 flavours, forgotten cream, fior di latte, Piedmont hazelnut and dark chocolate. Great ice cream, nothing to complain about, excellent raw materials, in fact you only need to taste their fior di latte to understand its quality. The dark chocolate is delicious. Rich flavours, but not fatty and heavy. Clean finish without leaving sugary sensations 4 flavour cup, €4.50 a small one for the asking price. Recommended

25/06/2025: We fell in love with this place at first sight and chose it as our wedding venue. From the very beginning, the owner was very pleasant and helpful, everything was as we had agreed and he was willing to accommodate all our requests. The whole place is in a quiet location with beautiful views. Beautiful accommodation and restaurant, where you can feel a piece of Tuscan history. Amazingly high-quality wines from their own production. We will definitely come back here and we are glad that we could say our yes here, in the heart of Chianti.

12/06/2025: This sport was recommended by our guide for our day in the Tuscany countryside. Manzo was right near our hotel, and we were looking for Florentine steak. The steak with truffles was amazing. My daughter ordered their carbonara and loved it. The restaurant is a great little setup with the cooks preparing food, which is viewable from any seat.

22/06/2025: We came to the restaurant based on our host’s recommendation, and we weren’t disappointed. The food was excellent—the pasta dishes were not the typical tourist options like Carbonara or Bolognese, and the service was also outstanding. What did spoil the experience a bit was the house white wine served by the glass—I strongly advise against ordering it. It’s a shame that such a detail slightly diminished an otherwise great impression.

31/07/2025: We absolutely loved this place. We went there almost every evening while in Lucca and we fell in love with the beautiful atmosphere, the romantic garden in the back but most of all with the staff. They made us feel so welcome and we laughed a lot. The cocktails were surprising and delicious, with the Santa Maria and Pomelo Negroni being our favorites. We had the vegetarian board and they were very accommodating to one of us eating vegan. This is a must go when you are in Lucca!

27/07/2025: We stopped for an aperitif, sitting in the garden surrounded by beautiful pomello trees. We ordered a bottle of red wine and a platter of excellent Tuscan products. The service was professional and courteous.
