14/02/2025: Very good snack break, we took a mix tray of 20 pastries, a hot chocolate with cream, a vanilla and pomegranate tea and a bottle of water... all really excellent. You can also choose to have a savory snack/aperitif and that is also very inspiring. I recommend anyone who is in the area to try Pasticceria L'Artigiana and you will be satisfied 💯%

05/03/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at the Gali restaurant in Cuneo and the experience was truly exceptional. I tried creamy tomino baked in foil which blended perfectly with the side dish of baked potatoes flavored with Provence herbs. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and refined, with attentive and friendly service which made the evening even more pleasant. I highly recommend Gali restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy dishes prepared with quality ingredients. A gastronomic experience that I will certainly repeat!

Ho l’abitudine di mangiare il bollito in famiglia la domenica e sono stato molto soddisfatto da ogni singolo aspetto: servizio educato e attento, qualità delle materie prime ottima accompagnata da una lavorazione professionale, carta dei vini ben bilanciata e arredamento semplice ma curato. Tappa obbligatoria per coloro che desiderano provare una VERA esperienza di cucina piemontese.

15/01/2025: Location 9.5 - Such a beautiful, elegant and well-kept terrace with such a view of the Langhe is difficult to find. Sitting here is a joy for the soul. Minimal mise en place, perfect for the place. Menu 10 - Tasting menu at a very fair price for a true journey into the modern cuisine of the Langhe. Selection of refined cheeses, one better than the other. A delightful and delicate treasure chest of onions, not at all heavy. Certainly among the best plin tried in the area and finally a braised meat that didn't need a knife to be savored. Service 9 - High level restaurant service, always present and very fast in service despite the many people sitting around us. Also very careful about intolerances and allergies. Bill 10 - The value for money, especially as already mentioned for the tasting menu, make it one of the best restaurants in the area. Chapeau

03/03/2025: Good food and varied menu. The service is friendly and professional. The food is served a bit too fast. And when the restaurant is full it gets loud and hectic. Not a place for a romantic or relaxing dinner. But overall good value for the money.

25/02/2025: I'm happy to have followed the advice of friends to try this restaurant during my weekend in the Langhe. Friendly and attentive staff who pay attention to detail. Excellent food, we tried the "Fassona tartare with porcini mushrooms, Agnolotti del Plin with butter and sage and cheese tasting all accompanied by a bottle of Barolo... all excellent!!! After two days in the area with lots of food and wine tasting we had decided not to take dessert but in the end we were offered a plate of small homemade pastries which we couldn't resist. The bill was more than fair. We can't wait to return to try other specialties of the winemaker's tavern".

We made some great culinary discoveries in this pretty restaurant: the textures as well as the flavors were skilfully worked for a result of great finesse! The products were seasonal and of quality. The waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. The manager showed great professionalism in helping us with our choices. The presentation was neat, the dishes impeccable. My vegetarian friend was able to find choices that suited her diet and were delicious at the same time. We had no complaints! The icing on the cake: the staff spoke French, which put us at ease from the start. Very warm welcome and memorable experience! Grazie mille 🤌🤌🤌

19/03/2025: My girlfriend and I went about 2 months ago.. the place was nice but the food was nothing special, no praise, no infamy in the area for the same price, there are better ones.

07/03/2025: I want to be pampered and so I treat myself to lunch in this place I didn't know about. Inside, it is divided into rooms (much appreciated for avoiding noise and relaxing) which are clean and have minimalist furnishings with retro cues. At the entrance, professional welcome from Noemi with a sunny smile, boy at the tables present for every request without being intrusive and punctual explanation of the dishes. But now we come to the dishes: homemade Russian salad with a delicate flavor but one that tickles the taste (one of the best I've eaten in recent years), CBT egg with excellent black truffle and well-balanced flavor and then rice (correct cooking point) with burrata red beetroot (expertly dosed so as not to cover the beetroot) and black truffle (in flakes and in quantity). Let me start by saying that I am a vegetarian and had not booked, but Stefano (the chef) had no problems in preparing such inviting and varied dishes for me (and this is not a given, many times if you don't book you have to settle for omelettes and salads). The place is run by young guys, but their competence, smile and desire to make and offer tasty, colorful and excellent dishes made my day even more "pampering".

The place is welcoming and well looked after, with an intimate atmosphere that makes the experience even more pleasant. The sushi is simply delicious: the fresh fish, the well-balanced rice and the presentation with attention to the smallest details. The menu offers a good variety of nigiri, sashimi and rolls, all prepared with great attention and passion. Another plus point are the prices: decidedly honest compared to the quality offered. The service is friendly and attentive, which makes it even more enjoyable. A place to absolutely try if you love sushi and are looking for an authentic experience without compromising on quality!

This is where the Università del Gusto, founded by the association, is located and the headquarters of the global organization for the promotion of natural and traditionally produced food. The Osteria del Boccondivino is located in the courtyard of the Slow Food headquarters. Together with its sister restaurant Osteria dell' Arco in Alba, it is one of the only restaurants in the world run by Slow Food - you can't get more Slow Food than that. Traditional local dishes with genuine ingredients from trusted local producers. No wonder Bra became a place of pilgrimage for gourmets from all over the world. What is astonishing is that the restaurants simply and unspectacularly serve their Piedmontese specialties every day to both locals and tourists interested in culinary delights. The restaurant terrace is a place of relaxation and enjoyment. Not only is the entire range of Piedmontese cuisine on offer here, but also a large selection of first-class wines from the region - the prices are sensationally low - this may also be because the restaurants are run by a cooperative. Our dinner began with first-class starters: Fassone beef tartare, Lardo and the famous Salsicia di Bra as well as crispy baked sweetbreads on caramelized onions and the legendary Tajarin, Piedmontese fine egg noodles made with 40 egg yolks per kg of flour. Afterwards we tried tender roast veal with rosemary jus or gravy and roasted peppers. The panna cotta offered here is one of the best in the world among gourmets and my favorite Bunet also tasted exceptionally good. The Rosé Diagonal from the Repetto winery in Sarezzano was a first-class accompaniment to this culinary summer evening in Bra.
