20/02/2026: Excellent tagliatelle (tagliolini?), impressive meat, nice selection of cheeses. The service was very friendly, but it was slowed down by the rather crowded dining room. Overall, an excellent restaurant.

05/04/2026: Fabulous surprise We arrived without a reservation at 9 pm in a party of 4. We were asked to return in 15 min. They were kind and accommodating. We ordered 6 portions of 3 different appetizers: 2 artichokes, 2 baccalà and 2 tartar/lard/sausage(raw) First course: 2 gnocchi with asparagus, 2 fettucini with shrimp Second course: rabbit Desert chocolate pudding with crushed amaretto cookies And a panna cotta that was to die for. Price indicated without wine.

05/04/2026: My boyfriend and I had dinner last night at this typical restaurant in Bra. We had a truly unique and typical experience. Starting with the splendid location, enveloped in the intoxicating scent of flowers, and then moving on to the tasting menu, which truly impressed us. It felt like dinner at grandma's. An honorable mention goes to Daniel, the man who explained and served the dishes to us. His love for his work and his land shines through.

06/04/2026: This restaurant is a 4.9 ⭐️ Do not believe everything you read on Google maps. This restaurant is the best i’ve ever been to in Langhe region and I have been coming to this region consistently for years. Despite initial reluctancy due to the location on the piazza and the name, I decided to go for Easter lunch as the photos of the dishes did look special. The dishes were not special, they were simply outstanding. The Tajarin with bra sausage Ragu was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had in my life. Knowing this dish exists and is out there will cause great pain as I don’t live close enough. The service was of the highest quality : calm, caring and precise. The dining room was also divine. Thank you Enoclub for a special - memorable experience.

20/03/2026: Colorificio Fumagalli in Vado Ligure on a business trip... had lunch there... 5 stars for the ingredients, service, expertise, wines, and reasonable waiting times. Extremely kind and honest. The food is divine... tradition and local tradition.

22/02/2026: Rather anonymous on the street... it becomes a wonderful discovery and experience once you cross the threshold. Courtesy reigns supreme here, along with a journey through traditional flavors revisited with a modern twist... Every dish we tasted was, to say the least, astonishing... and even the desserts were a positive hit, which isn't a given: not everyone knows how to make everything well... Well, here the exception proves the rule: everything is good!! The atmosphere is relaxed, and the place is simply yet convincingly furnished, framed by wine cases, bottles, and corks: in short, very charming and, in a certain sense, modern with a slightly rustic feel. The wine cellar is fabulous... but since we came from far away and had to leave after lunch, we had to limit ourselves to one glass each. The bill was almost too reasonable: that, too, surprised us. Well done! Keep up the good work! And, I promise, we'll be back, but with the whole family!

30/12/2025: It's a shame to give this rating, especially because we recognize the commitment and dedication of every member of the staff, including the chef (whom we wish a bright future). And we can't help but appreciate the location, the attention to detail, and the cleanliness. But when it comes to the food, our opinion changes. The dishes are overly salty, and above all, an attention to form that doesn't reflect the substance at all. Even the white truffle was lost in dishes that were supposed to showcase it. Based on our experience at other Michelin-starred restaurants, this one doesn't quite meet the same standards, except for the price.

21/12/2025: The food was excellent; nothing to complain about, but there was one incident, in my opinion, that was a bit crappy on the part of the staff. My two friends and I chose a tasting menu. The tasting menu page didn't mention adding cheese. Toward the end of the menu, a smiling waiter appeared and asked if we wanted to "try some cheese." I, thinking it was a courtesy, replied that I was full. I asked, "Can I try them, but just a little?" and was told that it was possible. My friend and I were brought two plates with four slices of cheese on top, accompanied by giardiniera and a slice of toasted bread (nothing special). The result? An extra €24 each on the bill (€48) for four slices of cheese. The first time I've been treated like this in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A real lapse in style.

29/03/2026: I visited this beautiful place on a Friday night with friends and had a great time! Initially, we were hesitant because, despite having a reservation, we were given a table half an hour late. However, the service was very fast. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the pizza, as always, was light and made with excellent quality ingredients! I only recommend better organization of tables and reservations! The place is fantastic, definitely worth a visit! You're just a stone's throw from a 5-star rating, but there's always room for improvement, of course! We'll definitely be back! Thank you ❤️

09/11/2025: First time in Val Grana. We went up for a unique Saturday in this beautiful valley with spectacular foliage. As we walked up to the Sanctuary, it was lunchtime when we noticed the sign for this fantastic inn. Patrizia welcomed us and cooked impeccably for us. Everything was delicious. She was friendly and very professional. Thank you, Patrizia. We will definitely be back. I forgot about the mountain-style decor and the priceless view. Excellent value. They make their own Castelmagno cheese, and you can buy it for yourself; it's delicious.
