What a great experience dining at the La Ciau Del Totnavento. Everything about this restaurant from the stunning view, service and great dishes makes it worthwhile it's Michelin star and without a doubt one of the best restaurants we have dined in Langhe region. The setting of the restaurant overseeing the hills itself is a sight, service by the staff was special, from wine recommendations to ensuring we had a lovely meal it was perfect. All the dishes we tried were delicate yet had great flavours and paid homage to the local ingredients, fine dining standards but yet staying true to the texture and flavours of the dishes. Overall a great dining experience. We had a your of the private canteen and what a special treat that was, housing more than 50K bottles, it's a sight to behold. The passion and discipline to create a collection like this is just immeasurable. Made the whole dining experience even more special. Langhe has some amazing restaurants from small Trattoria, to Osteria and some special restaurants and this one makes it up the list.

Very nice place. The inside is a little small but the outside is large. Very friendly owner. Very good wine and products. Excellent quality/price. Absolutely recommended

Price a little high for an overall very positive experience, excellent food, a little stuck in time.

It's not the first time we go to this restaurant. We have always had a good time but unfortunately this evening the service was very slow and distracted. With some rather serious errors regarding an allergy and an approximate service. Understated for the place. Amazing wine cellar and always top-quality cuisine. Too bad about the service.

E’ stata la nostra prima visita e dobbiamo ammettere che tutte le aspettative sono state ampiamente confermate. Il luogo, straordinario (anche per il panorama), i piatti, gustosissimi e ben presentati, la cordialità del personale, la maestosità della(e) cantina(e) e poi… lui, Maurilio che ti fa sentire immediatamente di famiglia. Un’esperienza di un certo costo (noi abbiamo speso 140€ a testa) me che varrà sicuramente la pena ripetere.

Siam stati in questa meravigliosa location che è veramente è bellissima, accogliente ed elegante, con una vista panoramica sui vigneti. Ci siamo fatti coccolare, iniziando dal menù, che ti lascia sia la possibilità di pranzare alla carta, sia quello di scegliere un menù degustazione, inoltre ci sono stata proposte anche del giorno. Abbiamo trovato il personale di sala preparata, efficiente e presente, in modo non invadente, durante tutto il pasto. Per quanto riguarda i piatti, sono spettacolari sia dal punto di vista estetico sia molto interessanti per quanto riguarda la scelta degli ingredienti ed il loro abbinamento. Ottime materie prime ed anche alcune di eccellenza. Sapendo la fama della loro cantina, il pranzo è terminato con la visita nello splendido caveau/cantina che non potrà lasciarvi solo a bocca aperta. P.S: Spettacolari i dolci
