The staff is incredibly nice! 😍 The food, holy cleopatra.....divine.....the place is so unique and sooooo delicious!!!!! 05/05/2026: Excellent experience, we had lunch for two for €107 in total. The bill included: 2 veal with tuna sauce 1 tajarin with ragù 1 caramelized braised beef 2 desserts 1 water 1 wine (€28) 1 coffee 2 covers The wait staff was prompt, friendly, and always available. The sommelier assisted us with our wine selection, which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. The cover charge included excellent quality breadsticks and artisanal focaccia. We are completely satisfied with the service provided and believe the cost of the lunch is reasonable. Highly recommended.

05/05/2026: A quick lunch stop in Alba. Welcoming atmosphere, refined ambiance, and impeccable service. I tried the seasonal dish of gratinated asparagus with poached egg, béarnaise sauce, and white truffle—really interesting! Paired with a Nebbiolo from the Langhe (I would have recommended a sparkling wine, but unfortunately it wasn't available by the glass). Reasonably priced. Recommended, I'd definitely go back!

05/05/2026: A truly excellent experience, with highly trained staff and elegant cuisine featuring amazing ideas. The atmosphere is family and loving. A place you absolutely must try if you're in Turin.

11/05/2026: The food and the atmosphere are very good. However, the way guests are treated leaves much to be desired! After our visit, the owner accused us in a very rude tone of not showing up despite having a reservation!?! We then sent him photos of the food and even the bill, but we never received an apology for his inappropriate behavior. Mistakes can happen, but one should also have the decency to admit them.

20/04/2026: We returned to Alba this year and again to All'Osteria, which did not disappoint. Local dishes, excellent ingredients, well-cooked and beautifully presented. Portions are generous, and service is attentive and courteous. Prices are reasonable. The new location is larger, with outdoor space as well.

03/05/2026: We started with a truly exceptional mixed antipasto: delicate flan, Fassona beef tartare with top-quality truffles, and perfectly prepared veal with tuna sauce. The first courses confirmed the exceptionally high quality of the cuisine: creamy and flavorful Barolo risotto with Piedmontese toma cheese, fragrant porcini mushroom risotto, and simply delicious agnolotti del plin with the aroma of the Langhe. The extensive and carefully selected wine list is perfect for accompanying every course. Special praise goes to the staff and the owner, always attentive, courteous, and ready to offer the best possible advice. Generous portions and truly excellent value. We'll definitely be back!

25/05/2026: This place shattered the cliché that "restaurants overlooking tourist areas are bad." We ordered Black Angus beef and pliny. A Russian salad was served as an appetizer. It was good. Our food was perfectly cooked and tasted great. They also offered complimentary dessert with our coffee. We left very satisfied. Thank you. 😊

25/05/2026: We have been visiting this restaurant at least 10 times a year for the past two years; a service charge or cover charge was never charged and was never listed on the menu. This was also the case in January, April, and on May 11, 2026. On May 16, 2026, the item "Servizio - 2 x €5" appeared on the bill prepared by the bartender for the first time. When I asked him what this was about, since it wasn't on the menu, he said that they had always charged it. This was completely untrue, and the bartender was certainly aware of this. On May 22, 2026, we were at Ape again. At the beginning, I specifically checked the menu again and told the bartender that this item wasn't on the menu and therefore he wasn't allowed to charge it. He said he would speak to the manager about it. In the end, we paid the manager, who handed us the bill without a word. It again listed "Servizio - 2 x €5." When I told him this, which I had already told the bartender, he explained that the other guests were paying it. I told him I didn't give a damn what other guests paid; that was no argument. Then he acted offended and said I was ill-mannered. Well, I was raised to treat people the way they treat me; however, I wasn't raised to lie to people and charge them unjustly. After this unpleasant incident, we won't be visiting this restaurant again, at least not as long as we encounter this manager there. It's a shame, because we've always been very satisfied otherwise, including with the other service staff. We also have no problem paying for servizio or coperto if it's listed on the menu.

12/03/2026: We stopped here for lunch and were greeted warmly. We only wanted something light and the hostess smiled and said, "Absolutely, Aperitivo!" We looked over the menu and were invited to come to the counter to select the meat for our spiedini. The atmosphere is very casual, but this place offers some very serious steaks! Loved the decor and the service was exceptional.

07/03/2026: An extraordinary experience! We followed the good reviews and reserved a table via WhatsApp what was super easy. But as we came in off-season it wasn’t needed as we had the whole restaurant all for ourselves. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Menu was available printed without pictures or online with pictures. After a quick chat with the chef we decided to go for a princess cut, the salad with like 1.000.000 possibilities to create and potatoes. Getting the meat served was some of a kind and you have to experience it on yourself. One star less it is was somehow weird to go next door into another restaurant which was part of the group to pay. Still a great place!!

09/06/2026: A unique experience, definitely the place to go if you want to broaden and deepen your wine knowledge. The food here is excellent, BUT THE DRINK IS EVEN BETTER.

09/06/2026: Nikolo was a wonderful host ! I had only one night in Alba so could not visit any nearby wineries. Nikolo showed us maps of the area and gave us information about different appellations, with great detail. Wine by the glass is chosen by him daily (fantastic). He also booked us a local Osteria (restaurant) which was a highlight of our trip. I would absolutely recommend stopping by for a wine or the whole evening

26/10/2025: Enjoy your aperitif. Spritz is only €6.50, including appetizers. The wine tasting offer is interesting and reasonably priced; we had three glasses of wine for €12, also with appetizers.
