Passionate about quality products, committed to quality food, we had the pleasure of visiting his vegetable garden, created a little over a year ago to supply his kitchen with local and selected products. I recommend. In summer the patio must be very pleasant.

We had lunch yesterday and it was AMAZING! The food, the service, the ambiance of this 200+ year old place with beautiful gardens… simply spectacular.

Le location molto raffinata, il servizio in sola eccellente, molto riservato molto elegante. Abbiamopreso il menù degustazione, molto ricco ho infatti testato, tutto l'estro e le competere degli chef. Iniziato con degli antipostini cadeau dello chef, tanto sapore, tanto colore, e tante bontà. Non entro nel dettaglio dei piatti, i camerieri li hanno presentati e descritti molto bene, cinque minuti a portata, che diventavano la voglia di provarli. Conta dei vini un almanacco rilegato dove troverei l'enciclopedia del vino, noi abbiamo peso un Nebbiolo Azeglia del 2016 fantastico, con un retrogusto fresco, fantastico per un uvaggio di Nebbiolo. Tavolo apparecchiato molto elegante con posate d'argento, clientele in sole di alto livello, una non snob e perfino cortese. Capesante con proteina del latte e tartufo, direi buone. Rape rivestite accompagnate de lumache erideesione di salsa ottima. Bella e buone la posta a forma di onice stellato. La cane più buone però il filetto di vitello cotto a bone temperatura, accompagnato de verdure del loro orto. Who strano une eccezionale tipo sorbetto al mandarino, per chiudere con una cialda alla vaniglia in poi di Spagna. Abbiano chiuso con una fantasia di petite patisserie sublime e colombe di loro produzione. Bello il pozzo a vista, complimenti per il servizio e per la particolarità delle core che ho provato, 2 stelle meritate.

Excellent restaurant where traditional dishes are true innovation. Excellent service, beautiful and well-stocked wine cellar. Favorite dish trumpet courgette flower with purple prawn tartare.

Visited during the holiday period for an anniversary, one of the best restaurants I've ever tried, the great Piedmontese tradition combined with refined but not stuffy service, a classy environment and a monumental wine list (correct mark-ups). Various menus available, impeccable plating. All for the price of a single star restaurant (but here there are two stars..) Super recommended for special occasions and romantic dinners, convenient parking.

In the ancient Royal Crown they are guardians of taste. The warm and welcoming place, the perfect room service, precise in management and timing, smiling always present and never intrusive, the wine list is an encyclopedia to be browsed carefully for its vast and rich choice. The cuisine..... aperitif and appetizer will be the beginning of a unique experience, the bread and crumbly breadsticks are very fresh, the starters are perfect and tasty, ravioli with gorgonzola from Cameri are amazing, lamb and fillet are superb, a rich selection of small pastry shop, dessert.... come and taste it! All this made our anniversary unique. Thank you!
