It's been a while since I've been to this restaurant because the quality isn't great anymore. I found myself going back and found everything to be really good. Excellent quality, kind and professional staff... I would highly recommend it. Top owner.

13/03/2026: We finally managed to organize a family lunch at this little restaurant we'd heard so much about. Here, creativity meets tradition and local ingredients. Friendliness, preparation, and hospitality complete the picture of an excellent meal from start to finish. Fair prices for the quality of the ingredients and portions. 04/05/2026: We had the tasting menu and it was great! From the raw beef and bra sausage, to the fresh asparagus, to the 40 egg yolks pasta, the veal in barolo wine to the best panna cotta we've ever had. I can see why this place is where Slow Food started. We paired it with Verduno Pelaverga wine. It was great, the service was amazing as well and they even served us a capucino at 3pm.
02/05/2026: Dinner with friends, always a welcoming place. Delicious pork cheek, top-quality zabaglione. The wait for dessert was just a little longer than usual.
