04/07/2026: After a pleasant walk along the Roccavione trails, we stopped for lunch with friends and two children. It was a wonderful discovery! The restaurant is welcoming and meticulously maintained. We ate truly well, with excellent, high-quality dishes. The children's menu was also very popular. The staff was friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this place!

23/06/2026: Beautiful place, it feels like a mountain cabin. Friendly staff. Well-presented dishes. Good pizza. Interesting desserts. Update: Dinner in the garden (given the heat of late June 2026). The knife-cut tartare was good, and the Fassona steak is highly recommended.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing visit. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, and it’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a nice variety to choose from, and the overall dining experience felt pleasant and well cared for. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, Albergo Trieste offers excellent hospitality, comfort, and value. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

25/02/2026: We stayed at the Albergo Ristorante Trieste in Boves and truly felt at home. The welcome was one of our strong points: the owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks also to his mother, who is truly sweet and friendly—people who make you feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, everything was tidy and pleasant. In the morning, a generous and varied breakfast awaited us, with plenty of choice and delicious products: perfect for starting the day. The location is strategic for the ski slopes, very convenient for those who want to enjoy the mountains without stress. The village is also very welcoming and quiet, ideal for a true getaway. A simple place but with a big heart. We would love to return. ❤️

16/07/2026: If you want a lunch break on your journey... So incredibly nice. The jazz sounds greet you as soon as you walk into the alley. Friendly service.

12/05/2026: First time (and certainly not the last!). Delicious pizza, with an extremely digestible dough, and a huge selection. Very welcoming location and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

09/05/2026: A perfect little spot, just a few tables but well-served. We sat upstairs and the atmosphere was intimate and warm. Delicious pizzas with a wide selection, superb artisanal desserts! And then, a key element for a family, lots of little touches for children, from plastic cutlery and cups to high chairs, from a changing table to truly baby-sized pizzas. Very professional and polite staff. We'll be back!!

30/12/2025: I've returned to this place and I have to compliment the kitchen and staff. The pizza is super easy to digest, the fried seafood is impeccable, and the staff is kind and attentive. We'll be back, well done!

22/12/2025: There were 30 of us, and they served us excellently. The place was lovely and welcoming, and the staff were very helpful with their suggestions. The pizza was very good. I had the fior di latte gelato with salt, extra virgin olive oil, and chopped pistachios. It was really good. Of course, you have to like the sweet/salty contrast, but it surprised me, in a positive way. Definitely worth repeating.

18/02/2026: On my way back from a walk at 2 p.m. today, I happened to stop for a bite to eat with a friend. We were immediately struck by the elegant decor and the friendly, helpful staff, despite the late hour. The workers' menu included an excellent veal with tuna sauce, a plate of rosettes with ham and cheese, a superb tiramisu, water, and coffee! All for €15. Congratulations!
