Superlative wine list and with a great staff always willing to advise you, also explaining the origin of the wine and its cellar. Absolutely the best place in Alba and surroundings. Top!

Very nice place, modern and stylish, small but welcoming. Too bad about the bathroom....really narrow! The service was great, family run! The lady was very kind in letting us sit at a small table aside because we had the dog! We chose the menu with some dishes that had truffles and others not! Everything really excellent! From the veal with tuna sauce, to the poached egg with toma cheese and truffle, to the tajarin with truffle, the veal cheek which was cut with a breadstick so soft it was, to the dessert with a salted caramel foam!

A name, a guarantee. Third time I go and I'm never disappointed. It's a shame that the price of Barolo has increased

A lunch at Voglia di Vino reveals itself as an experience of rare balance in a harmonious and welcoming environment. It is almost embarrassing for the writer not to be able to find a single false note in what was a moment of rare beauty. The choice settled on the traditional menu which accompanies the customer into the local cuisine with a series of well-balanced tastings. After a "mouth-opener" consisting of a giardiniera and cooked salami you have the opportunity to encounter a superb fassone tartare rigorously beaten with a knife and lightly seasoned (not poached!) with salt, oil and lemon. The veal with tuna sauce to follow is also excellent. The plin ravioli served in roast sauce do not disappoint the expectations of a true Piedmontese and therefore "spoiled" as regards the quality of the pasta filled with meat typical of our region, whether they are traditional agnolotti or, as in this case, " of the plin". Veal cheek served on potato cream is a riot of meltability with an unforgettable flavour. It ends on a sweet note with a bunet accompanied by a salted caramel cream, a pleasant combination for a traditional Piedmontese dessert. The choice of a wine in the glass such as Nebbiolo, the main grape variety of the area, was gratifying. While waiting to return, a heartfelt thank you for the welcome received.

Per prima cosa dobbiamo dare veramente cinque stelle a questo ristorante per il servizio cortese gentile disponibile nel proprietario della moglie e della ragazza che ci ha seguito al tavolo.ci hanno fatto comodare fuori ma la prima sua preoccupazione è stato metterci al caldo con una coperta sulle gambe, e accendendo ovviamente Una striscia di aria calda radiante. Per come ci ha coccolato eravamo già soddisfatti, ma poi è stato in grado di soddisfare i palati con un antipasto piemontese di grandissima qualità a livello di materie prime e ottimo l’assemblaggio, la signora è stata gentilissima e ci ha spiegato da dove cominciare con la consumazione del piatto.i tagliolini al tartufo bianco erano fotonici un piatto Comunque difficile da fare, ma con una consistenza di cremosita fantastica. Ci torneremo Complimenti ancora

Bella serata, cortesia, qualità e professionalità. Ci siamo presentati prima dell’orario ( errore nostro) e con estrema cortesia ed elasticità hanno trovato il tavolo. Alta qualità della cucina, in particolare sul pesce. Carta dei vini eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Clienti fidelizzati!!! Grazie
