10/08/2026: A truly authentic Piedmontese meal in the finest tradition. The service was very friendly, attentive, and prompt. Numerous and varied dishes, with subtle flavors and perfectly balanced portions, made for a generous tasting menu at a very reasonable price. An aperitif (Asti Spumante) was included, and the wine list was extensive and very affordable. A very warm welcome. An excellent restaurant and exceptional cuisine! Bravissimi!

12/05/2026: We spent a week last June at the "Le Marmotte" hotel, and even a year later, I still have wonderful memories of it: a gorgeous, quiet place, cozy, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a varied and delicious breakfast and dinner. Alessandro and his wife are kind and available to help without ever being intrusive. I hope to return. And sorry I only wrote my review today... Best regards to the whole family. Tiziana Valenti

13/07/2026: What a pleasant discovery!! Recommended by a friend, we were very pleased with the dinner, both for the quiet and welcoming setting and the professionalism and kindness of the staff.
The dishes were carefully crafted and very delicious! We chose the tasting menu, which allows you to sample the various courses until the end without feeling overwhelmed!
The dessert was particularly delicious: the apricot and rosemary frangipane cake with yogurt sauce!!
We'll be back soon to try the pizza, which was very inspiring!

Not this spot…it hits all the stars, service, food, atmosphere …if you are in the area go here..they work with you for your pure enjoyment,,even met the the chef upon our departure,Pasquale is the best

11/08/2026: A superb osteria just 10 minutes from Cuneo. We had lunch as a family in the garden. The setting is magnificent and meticulously maintained. A true haven of peace. The homemade cuisine is delicious. The service is impeccable and the welcome perfect! Bravo, a truly beautiful family story. The slight detour is well worth it! Highly recommended!

We had an appetizer, two first courses, and a second course.
We recommend the octopus as an appetizer—it's delicious!
