09/05/2026: Passing by on a motorcycle ride with my husband: excellent food. The cheese tasting was excellent and even nicely served on a plate with the names of the cheeses, along with two super jams.

12/05/2026: We spent a week last June at the "Le Marmotte" hotel, and even a year later, I still have wonderful memories of it: a gorgeous, quiet place, cozy, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a varied and delicious breakfast and dinner. Alessandro and his wife are kind and available to help without ever being intrusive. I hope to return. And sorry I only wrote my review today... Best regards to the whole family. Tiziana Valenti

02/05/2026: The food is truly excellent: high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail, even in the presentation. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful, including the chef, who came to our table to introduce himself. Gluten-free options are also available. Highly recommended!

I stopped by chance on the way and was pleasantly surprised to discover there's also a lovely outdoor courtyard. The temperature was 35°C (95°F) that day, but the courtyard was pleasantly cool.
The service was very courteous and attentive, and the food and wine were truly excellent. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable.
Lunch was already over, and I lingered a little longer than expected, but no one even remotely hinted that it was time to leave.
I loved everything about it. I highly recommend it!

21/05/2026: Visited during a weekday lunch for work. It's a luxury restaurant, not a trattoria.
Trattoria should mean a place with simple, informal dishes. Perhaps with a set lunch menu.
Here, however, it's a true gourmet restaurant with small portions and still high prices for the area.
Obviously, I went over the company budget, even though I ordered only one dish that wasn't satisfying.
Not recommended for those who, like me, thought the name trattoria reflected the Italian context of the term itself.

16/07/2026: Wonderful experience in our second time in this beautiful restaurant in Saluzzo. The food is exquisite, so is the service. Very elegant dishes that reflect the region, extremely well-prepared. The wine list is simply amazing, too
Definitely recommended, and worth changing your road to nake sure you visit and have a meal there if you are in the region.
12/07/2026: I visited Le Quattro Stagioni restaurant with my partner and a friend. The menu is captivating for the quality of the ingredients and the care with which each dish is prepared. A special mention goes to the desserts, which are simply exceptional. The service was impeccable: Roberta and Piero's professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness made our evening even more enjoyable. An experience I highly recommend.

Not this spot…it hits all the stars, service, food, atmosphere …if you are in the area go here..they work with you for your pure enjoyment,,even met the the chef upon our departure,Pasquale is the best
