11/11/2025: We went to this amazing restaurant for a Graduation celebration with about 30 people. The food was outstanding. Everything was homemade and fresh. The tartar was one of the best I have ever had. The gnocchi two styles was also fantastic. The beef we had was so tender that you could cut it with a fork. I highly recommend this restaurant.

07/12/2025: We had a dinner as a couple at this wonderful place. The place is warm and welcoming. Excellent food and impeccable service. Lorenzo, the owner, is truly impeccable and knowledgeable about the wines and dishes offered. Highly recommended because it makes you feel right at home. You are pampered by the owner as if he were someone you've known for a long time. Excellent experience and delicious food. The fireplace made the room warm and welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who want to eat well and drink good wine.

Paola's exquisite cuisine offers authentic and carefully prepared traditional Piedmontese dishes, expertly and professionally presented by Lorenzo, who manages the dining room. Locanda Casa Bardacchino is a must-see for a vacation in the Langhe, and it's impossible not to return. Recommended for everyone!

22/04/2025: Chocolate is a journey through time; every bite takes you back to your childhood, but finding such sublime quality assembled with the skill of a master pastry chef is a rarity. My journeys back in time with Pasticceria and Chocolateria Fagiolo Piero are quite frequent, and they alternate between chocolate and wonderful cakes. The owners are extremely professional and know how to satisfy all tastes, even those of the most discerning palates. Highly recommended pastry shop.

09/12/2025: What can I say? It's a place where you eat well. We opted for the tasting menu for 55 euros per person, excluding wines. I won't talk about the food because it's an innovative cuisine that you have to try.

08/12/2025: Exceptional experience. A very refined atmosphere, very attentive but not overly formal service, a very positive aspect in my opinion. Regarding the food, I can't find a better word than exceptional. The My Way menu is highly recommended: five dishes chosen by the chef that take you on a journey between Piedmont and Asia. We can't wait to return!

25/11/2025: I liked everything, almost everything, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. Obviously, as usual, it's a matter of personal taste and not universally valid. After a tasty sampling of appetizers, excellent fondue-filled plin sprinkled with truffle shavings and capunet with toma cheese... I didn't like the coffee (made with a moka pot, which I liked), it didn't seem to be 100% Arabica, and I didn't like the small sweets that accompanied it, small wafers with walnuts and honey. No big deal, it's worth a visit.

24/11/2025: I stopped by this restaurant one evening for dinner at the recommendation of a friend. The atmosphere is casual yet refined, as are the dishes: traditional dishes, but prepared and plated with taste and care. The staff is friendly, courteous, and cheerful. A must-try if you're staying in Saluzzo.
