04/03/2026: The restaurant is surrounded by vineyards, and its simplicity is superb! They use local produce for their excellent food, generous portions, and even offer second helpings, along with their own wine. They also offered tastings of other wines during the meal. The owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The atmosphere is quiet. Excellent value for money. Thank you all, see you soon!

27/02/2026: I spent a few days at Le Marmotte in Acceglio with a CAI group from Bergamo. I returned this evening and want to write about this wonderful experience right away: the welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, albeit a bit hectic. The service was impeccable, the food was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in the quiet of a pristine valley, and transportation to the starting point of our snowshoe hikes was provided by Sherpabus, with very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable local drivers. 08/04/2026: On our way back from a weekend on the French Riviera, we stopped at this restaurant nestled in the Mondovì countryside, chosen at random for its proximity to the highway exit. We couldn't be happier with both the owner Silvia's warm welcome and the quality of her traditional dishes. I was particularly pleased with my choice of veal with tuna sauce, rabbit tuna, and pappardelle with wild boar, as well as the Piedmontese take on Sacher torte. A new favorite!

The atmosphere is refined, as is the service, but the menu, and especially the wine list (with creased edges), could use an update, as could the table settings. Excellent and well-presented food, although the layout would be appreciated.

Food was amazing and the service was friendly and warm.
We went there for dinner with our 2 daughters who also enjoyed the food very much.
In addition to the regular menu, they also have several extras. All the dishes were delicious, from appetizers to desserts.
The staff was also extemely nice and helpful.
The restaurant was full so it's better to make a reservation.
