02/03/2025: Today on the occasion of the Saluzzo carnival we had lunch here. The choice was a tasting menu for my husband while I chose an appetizer and a first course. Traditional cuisine with a touch of refinement and excellent quality of raw materials, served with courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommended!

La comida para los 5 de nosotros fue excepcional. Todos los cursos eran generosos y totalmente deliciosos. El personal era amable y eficiente. No tenemos ninguna duda en reservar de nuevo este mes de marzo si podemos pasar. Mi hija y nietos viven en Piamonte, este es nuestro restaurante favorito hasta ahora. Solíamos comer aquí hace muchos años cuando había un propietario anterior, la calidad de la comida y el servicio es igual de alta.

09/03/2025: On this gloomy March day, which smells of spring, we decide to return for lunch at Osteria De Cecco, a very nice little restaurant in the Langhe. We decide to start a nice cheese platter with apricot and plum compotes. As a first course, we decide to try the plin with three roasts: one with butter and sage, the other with ragù, both delicious! To accompany everything, they bring a beautiful wooden chest with breadsticks, bread and focaccia. I also attach photos of what we ate in September: vitello with tuna sauce, crostini with lard and honey, tajarin with ragù (the same as plin), duck breast with orange (spectacular). The environment is very beautiful, both the interiors with lovely windows from which to enjoy a splendid view, and the outdoor area in contact with the greenery. The service is attentive and courteous. Gem: the bathroom includes a basket with sanitary pads for the ladies, truly a wonderful idea! We'll be back

Unprecedented with Vitello Tonnato, amazing Fassona steak, the first ones we tasted Plin with ricotta and spinach and exceptional lemon Zelst tajarin with 30 reds with local sausage sauce excellent fettuccine with hemp flour with ragout of chicken livers equally tasty for the second course Their rabbit to the langarola a delicacy excellent wine list with prices without excessive mark-ups the professional and competent management makes this place a jewel in the crown of Cherasco, a historic village and certainly a good starting point for a holiday in the Langhe. a special thank you goes to the Patron Mr Flavio and Mrs Emy in the kitchen and a round of applause to the young and professional Luca in the dining room. I don't give 5 stars because in my opinion paying €15 for a plate of plain pasta for a 2 year old child I find it excessive
