L'inedito Vigin Mudest In Alba

A quick lunch stop in Alba. Welcoming atmosphere, refined ambiance, and impeccable service. I tried the seasonal dish of gratinated asparagus with poached egg, béarnaise sauce, and white truffle—really interesting! Paired with a Nebbiolo from the Langhe (I would have recommended a sparkling wine, but unfortunately it wasn't available by the glass). Reasonably priced. Recommended, I'd definitely go back!

Excellent experience, we had lunch for two for €107 in total. The bill included: 2 veal with tuna sauce 1 tajarin with ragù 1 caramelized braised beef 2 desserts 1 water 1 wine (€28) 1 coffee 2 covers The wait staff was prompt, friendly, and always available. The sommelier assisted us with our wine selection, which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. The cover charge included excellent quality breadsticks and artisanal focaccia. We are completely satisfied with the service provided and believe the cost of the lunch is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Sunday lunchtime. Arrived late but found a seat for us. The menu with black truffle main courses was very good. Good local wine list including local half bottles. 2 course minimum with the wine and tip €40 per person

L'inedito restaurant is a charming venue in the center of Alba. The location is charming and comfortable, with meticulous attention to detail both inside and out. The staff, highly professional yet friendly and welcoming, makes you feel at home despite being a high-end restaurant. The dishes, both individual dishes and the set menus, are of the highest quality, with tasty combinations that, while respecting tradition, offer a fresh experience. The wine list is varied and offers something to suit all tastes and budgets. I visited this beautiful venue yesterday with my husband and my dogs (who were absolutely welcome, but also clean and accustomed to high-end restaurants). It was our first time, but the experience was truly rewarding, and we'll gladly return. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their skill and helpfulness.

An elegant restaurant, from the decor to the lighting, right down to the glasses and lamps on the tables. But that's nothing compared to the food, which is truly exceptional. The raw meat is superb, absolutely worth trying. Excellent veal with tuna sauce, and then the ravioli del plin, delicate yet mouth-filling, wonderful. Then the braised beef with a truly superb sauce. And then the dessert, the three-chocolate egg, an explosion of flavor that will never be forgotten. Impeccable yet discreet, not intrusive service. A dinner definitely worth repeating.

Special dishes, reworked with an appreciated balance of taste

Wonderful welcome, kind and friendly, and everyone was truly competent with top quality dishes and despite it being a holiday, some shops were open and allowed us holidaymakers to take a digestive tour thanks to the city of Alba and thanks to the restaurateurs of the INEDITO VIGIN MUDEST for welcoming us at the last minute and thus allowed us a last day of holiday to remember.

A wonderful discovery on a Saturday in March...recommended by a friend of ours. A top-quality restaurant. All the dishes are top-notch, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The price is excellent—not cheap, but very reasonable for the quality of the cuisine. One of the places I'd go back to in a heartbeat. Well done, well done.

We came here for dinner and were very impressed. The place is elegant and refined, perfect for an intimate dinner. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We highly recommend it.
