16/06/2025: After hearing several very positive reviews about the place, I finally managed to try the delicacies of Maccheria and I can only confirm them! Very varied and interesting menu, as an appetizer I took a Margaro tartare, as a first course a generous plate of special Plin alla Carbonara and as a dessert an exquisite tiramisu. All the dishes were well prepared, with delicate flavors and genuine ingredients. The staff who welcomed us were very kind and professional. Parking is easy to find in the surrounding streets. See you next time!

Excellent quality/price ratio and special dishes. The owner is really nice and very helpful, who did everything he could to find us a place inside the restaurant, when while we were eating outside, an unexpected storm hit us

14/06/2025: Super place! The tavern offers a very generous fixed menu with service, water, coffee and dessert included. I found all the courses exquisite: the food was genuine and refined, with excellent raw materials. The staff was very friendly and professional. I also appreciated the waiting time between courses, which allowed me to enjoy all the dishes. Highly recommended for a relaxed dinner!

09/06/2025: The restaurant is located in an old Cuneo building that has been excellently renovated and has been meticulously looked after. I ate at a table in a very beautiful internal courtyard, pampered by two knowledgeable and friendly waitresses. The dishes are excellent, both for the sight and the palate! The quality/price ratio is more than fair. Highly recommended!

As a vegan it was a surprise to discover that most of the customers are not, further proof that eating plant-based is for everyone especially when you do it in a creative way, with attention to raw materials and their seasonality. I piatti sono originali, sapori diversi sono ben abbinati e calibrati tra loro, l’impiattamento è molto curato. Consigliati sia carne che pesce. Ampia e varia la carta dei vini.
