27/07/2026: I stayed here for a weekend with my dog, and I don't know where to begin...the place is new, clean, and functional, but the real highlight is Alessia...an exceptional woman who runs this place impeccably. She has a big, welcoming heart and makes everyone feel at home. I can't wait to come back!
02/07/2026: Located in the heart of the charming village of Vallepietra, just a few kilometers from the famous Sanctuary of the Holy Trinity, accessible on foot via a trail or by car. The name of this property might be misleading, as it's not a proper hostel, but rather a B&B. The only shared space is the breakfast room (which enjoys a beautiful view), as well as the relaxation area/living room. A clean, welcoming place, with attention to detail, where you'll feel at home thanks to Alessia's warm hospitality. A must-see for an overnight stay filled with tranquility and nature walks that only the Simbruini Mountains can offer!

02/11/2025: Mrs. Cinzia and her family hosted us at their property in the Varaita Valley. We immediately felt the warmth of home, kindness, and sweetness. The room was comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was superb, with delicious homemade desserts. For lunch, she delighted us with local products and traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared by her. We were truly delighted.
17/09/2025: We spent one night in this wonderful property. The room was clean and very spacious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Mrs. Cinzia was truly kind! We had dinner on the property, featuring excellent local food. Both dinner and breakfast were highly praised by us adults and our daughter! We will definitely be back!

04/05/2025: Locale accogliente, personale gentile e simpatico, piatti ben cucinati e molto buoni. Il ristorante propone un menu’ fisso. Serie di antipasti, scelta tra due primi e due secondi e dolce. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Scoperto per caso al ritorno da una gita, sicuramente se torneremo in zona faremo un’altra visita per gustare altre proposte. Consigliato.

30/08/2024: Piccola gastronomia a conduzione familiare con qualche posto a sedere. I migliori ravioles della Valle Varaita. Varie Altre golosità, tassativamente home made.
Posto particolare e quindi per pochi (fortunatamente).

25/03/2025: Posto di passaggio per andare verso Pontechianale. Locale semplice, con pochi posti a sedere sopra a un negozietto di alimentari. Il cibo è buono e genuino, i gestori gentili, il servizio veloce. Mi aspettavo forse di pagare un po' meno. Circa 30 euro a testa mangiando 3/4 antipasti a testa, un primo a testa , un secondo in 4 e un dolce in 4. Acqua e vino in caraffa. Tornerei di nuovo se passassi da lì.
