30/03/2024: As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and the scent of freshly baked breadsticks which we immediately tasted. The owners' passion can be found in every detail, from the photo frames, to the shelves and all the wooden objects scattered inside and outside in the garden. The cuisine is amazing. I can't wait to go and try breakfast! Congratulations guys! An experience to be recommended to those looking for a corner with an ancient flavor but modern comfort. We will definitely be back.

27/02/2024: Excellent location in a top position for Wild lovers. I didn't stay, just had dinner. Excellent products and good wine. Valid service is functional. In my opinion, the part where I had dinner could be improved in terms of table layout. The warm-up was not uniform for everyone.

23/03/2024: How many times have we passed by it and never noticed it, then the astral conjunction leads you to discover it. Read and re-read reviews and finally decide: let's try it. You enter and find the old and beautiful entrances of the tavern and then..... what a thrill you find yourself catapulted into a dimension made of good taste and class, every detail taken care of down to the smallest terms. And it doesn't end here, if you let yourself be led with both hands on this journey of gastronomic and oenological emotions, you will only be able to say at the end of the dinner what emotions I experienced this evening. You really don't expect such a particular cuisine made of research and passion in one's work. It was worth it to close your eyes, trust and be accompanied, come and try. One last final word, very good.

10/03/2024: A wonderful dinner! We had dinner at this place on Saturday night and everything was perfect!. The kind and knowledgeable owner knows how to advise very well from the excellent wine list, we ate excellently cooked fish. The dining room staff, in particular Francesca, were top!!! I advise

24/02/2024: Cibo ottimo , preparato con ingredienti del territorio e non solo e, siccome anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte, impiattamenti molto ben eseguiti. Servizio eccellente. Importante carta dei vini che David propone con maestria. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Insomma : concedetevi un buon pasto , ne vale la pena.

09/03/2024: Dinner with friends, looking for a place that offers something veg in Cuneo, I found Bento, high expectations given that it is not the usual all you can eat. Unfortunately, expectations were disappointed, at least as regards the veg dishes (the omnivorous friends were more satisfied). Another friend and I had seaweed salad, ravioli with vegetables, two ramen with vegetables (which aren't ramen) and a pan of fiery tofu. Steamed ravioli, good as usual. Simple, good seaweed salad. Ramen rejected, when ordering they tell us that they don't make them in broth because without meat and fish it wouldn't taste like anything, then a good portion of rice/buckwheat spaghetti arrives with a bit of potatoes, courgettes and sprouts, not well mixed (in fact the potatoes were cold), everything was a bit bland, I think it wasn't pan-fried. The tofu was a little better because it was on a bed of vegetables sautéed well in the small wok with stove that comes to your table, but here too there was little taste and the tofu, which I adore and eat in a thousand forms, was a little stringy. In conclusion, I think they need to revisit these dishes a bit, trying to give them an extra boost of flavour. ps: veg ramen in broth can be done, don't give up. For omnivores I recommend crepes. Still a nice place, with friendly staff and good prices (2 dishes each, wine, water, coffee and two jugs of sake 23 euros each)

Every detail, from the furnishings to the lighting, contributes to creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable gastronomic experience in a lovely setting.

01/04/2024: lunch with friends in this beautiful restaurant in the center of Cuneo, hidden just enough to skim the patrons a bit. friendly staff, truly spectacular dishes. I saw some young men wandering around in the kitchen who apparently know what they're doing. the assona tartare cooked with a knife was delicious, the poached egg with asparagus and truffle was so good that I would have had 4 of them. tajarin with lamb ragout and ravioli del plin which alone are worth the trip. Coming from Milan I had been recommended to other shores, but if I were to return to the city I would have no doubts. This is the right place. only note in the furnishings. I feel like I'm in someone's living room, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it all seemed too white, too precise... away with the print paintings and room for a bit of vintage! good.

11/03/2024: I went on Saturday 9th March to celebrate my birthday with 15 people, impeccable service for everyone, the dishes arrived at the same time, delicious food, amazing duck... very helpful even for extras, they had my cake made by a trusted pastry shop. ...raisin wine and chocolate...sensational....all topped off with a fabulous visit to the Langhe....highly recommended....

06/04/2024: I am vegan and in a place where it is specified that it is also for vegans I expected to eat something more interesting than boiled vegetables, the same vegetables sautéed in a pan and ravioli in vegan cream! We only ate but it's a place that offers a lot of things! For what I ate I spent too much.
