Osteria Senza Fretta In Cuneo

Dinner in this place was really pleasant, and not only from a culinary point of view. The dishes have a delicate and strong flavor at the same time. I would say a perfect balance. The menu is varied and with a strong...personality! The care that the staff takes is palpable, from the preparation of the dishes to the table service. Everyone inside the place is kind and very helpful. It is one of those places where the customer has the opportunity to perceive himself as truly well hosted and not as a mere consumer making money. In short: from every point of view, there are valid reasons to return. The quality/price ratio is not only excellent, but also deserved. Small personal consideration, which has little to do with the quality of the place: for the first time (also thanks to the advice, based on my tastes, of whoever served me at the table), I also had the opportunity to taste a wine that I loved it, as I'm not a big wine lover. So, double thanks!

The review refers both to the restaurant and to the rooms they offer. I had the opportunity to eat with them while staying in their rooms which are located not far from the main restaurant. The cuisine is very refined and I appreciated everything I ate and which I show you below. A great thank you also to the service, both check-in and catering, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also well looked after and tastefully furnished.

Siamo stati a cena un Sabato sera. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Antipasti molto buoni, primo composto da gnocchi “stopposi” con ragù dove mancava sale . Dolci”come uno strudel “ nel menu definito semifreddo ma in realtà gelido. L’impressione che abbiamo avuto è di un locale dove siamo stati abbastanza bene ma dove non torneremmo.

Hello everyone, last Sunday we had lunch with our family in this tavern in one of the "ancient" streets of Cuneo. We are 50 meters from the central Via Roma, the restaurant is well renovated and distributed in some rooms, the atmosphere is quiet and predisposes to a convivial lunch with quiet chatter. The preparation and presentation of the dishes is taken care of and the menu shows particular names attributed to some dishes, the wine list is also very rich in half bottles and obviously everything via QR code......even if we have seen a paper menu going around 😅 We each ordered different dishes so we could do a little sharing😉. Starters, first and second courses plus a dessert all very good. We will definitely return to this place and if you pass by Cuneo, try it too😂👌

Osteria that we chose thanks to the good impression made by the menu. My wife has an intolerance to fructans and it is always difficult to find a place to eat, but we had a great time at the tavern without rushing. Both the waiters and the chefs were very kind in accommodating our needs and finally my wife was able to eat good, quality food. I highly recommend it even for celiacs

Il ristorante è collocato nella centrale "via dei ristoranti" di Cuneo che, bene o male, si caratterizzano per la proposta di piatti del territorio che valorizzano la carne, le verdure e i formaggi. E "Senza fretta" mi ha convinto più di altri per l'ottima qualità dei prodotti, il servizio pronto, accurato e simpatico (non guasta mai!) ma anche per la fantasia nel "battezzare" i vari piatti e per gli accostamenti riusciti dei vari sapori. Buono il classico vitel tonnato (carne davvero squisita, salsa buona), buona la battuta di carne qui denominata "nuda e cruda" anche se la porzione è un po' troppo striminzita. Fantastiche le tagliatelle fatte in casa con ragu di fassona e salsiccia (chiamate "Il ragu di Mirella"). Da non perdere anche l'arrosto di maiale con le mele. Insomma, sono uscito soddisfatto e anche il conto è giusto. Se si potevamo dare i mezzi punti avrei dato un 4,5.

we went to this restaurant on Christmas Eve and had a really good meal, they have a very good sommelier and the service is perfect. warm place and fantastic acoustics despite the room being small

What an experience at this wonderful local restaurant/Osteria. I can be sure that this was the best in Cuneo, to reflect Cuneo's local specialities with their twist . First of all, I stayed 2 months in Cuneo witch first 2 weeks I booked a room. Nice owner and the customer comes at him first. Very good place in Centro historico and super for a weekend!!! Furthermore I wanted to try also his food, So I booked easily via Whatsapp a table for 1 person. The service was very quick and efficient. Very warm welcome and firstly a little snack of the house, mini aubergine . From every course I took one dish. My first dish was tart with local chestnuts, the delicate of region, vegetables finishes with some egg anjovi sauce. Very nice combo! My Primi was Gnocchi with zucchini parmigiano. I could not get enough :) The next dish was falafel, good plate with a yummy sauce. Finished with the New York cheesecake o my god. A wonderful plate to end your night together with a the cafe certo! Everything, since I sat and pay was in 1 hour. And during the courses the employees and the boss came to welcome and ask about how you are to everyone in the room. Well for a long time, I did not have a good service in everything like Senza Fretta. Grazie mille!
