For over 14 years, we've been delighted to enjoy wonderful moments with Gabi and Lorenzo. Every visit feels familiar and special. The aperitif with its lovingly prepared, incredibly delicious canapés is always a highlight for us, as is the superb lunch. Here, you can feel the passion, warmth, and quality. Tradition meets modernity, regional cuisine cooked with so much heart. For us, it's a place we always return to with joy.

11/08/2026: We stopped for lunch and had a positive experience. The Russian salad was served as an appetizer, and it was really good. I had the veal with tuna sauce and plin, both delicious and well-portioned. We also had tiramisu and coffee. Recommended.
08/08/2026: This isn't our first time dining here. We return often because La Bossolasca is a guarantee of quality, courtesy, and relaxation. Everyone is incredibly kind... starting with the hostess, her husband in the kitchen, her son in the dining room, and the entire staff. Excellent food and excellent wines, it almost goes without saying. Thank you for your hospitality.
PS: LGBTQ+ friendly (not everyone is).

07/12/2025: The veal with tuna sauce was so-so, tasted like anchovies but not tuna, and was too dry. The agnolotti al plin were excellent, the tagliata was below expectations, and the dessert was good. All in all, a bit pricey!

27/07/2026: The pizza is light and excellent quality, 👍🏼 both the ingredients and the dough!!! The girls are really kind and the place is small but cozy. We recommend it! We will be back when we're in the area!!!
17/07/2026: Cozy atmosphere and delicious pizza!!! We took the pizza and beer to go and the service was top-notch, the staff was very nice and happy to help us!!! They even brought the pizza all the way outside 11/10!!!!

24/06/2025: Che dire mi aspettavo di più da un ristorante stellato
Cibi della tradizione senza alcuna rivisitazione, di qualità eccelsa ma che non stupiscono se non per il prezzo .
Agnolotti di capra squisiti ma 6/7 in tutto; plin al tovagliolo niente da dire, così come il vitello tonnato..
Ma non giustificano questi prezzi se rapportati ai tanti ristoranti di qualità della zona.
Vista stupenda nella cornice del Relais San Maurizio..
Servizio adeguato.
17/06/2025: Todavía estoy desconcertado sobre este restaurante. En cuanto a la comida, nada es malo, pero tampoco nada nos impresionó. ¿Si esto justifica una estrella Michelin? -Lo dudo. En resumen, comida media sobrevalorada. Hay muchas mejores opciones cerca por mucho menos.
El lado positivo es sin duda el servicio atento.

21/07/2025: Posto incantevole proprio sopra Santo Stefano Belbo. La cucina ottima, noi siamo stati domenica a pranzo e il menù ( a prezzo fisso) comprendeva i piatti tipici piemontesi. Vitello tonnato, insalata russa, una entré con frisciule, bresaola e agliata spettacolari, ravioli del plin ai 3 arrosti, taglierini ecc ecc. tutto innaffiato da vino della casa e moscato per il dolce. La gentilezza del personale ti fa sentire davvero a casa come al pranzo della domenica in famiglia. Consigliatossimo!
20/07/2025: Un ristorantino accogliente, pochi tavoli che creano un ambiente tranquillo e poco rumoroso. Si mangiano piatti tipici piemontesi cucinati dalla bravissima Cristina (la domenica menù fisso ad un prezzo ottimo ), gusti delicati, portate servite a vassoio da personale garbato, piacevole e sorridente.
Assolutamente da provare!!!
