25/05/2025: Stunning location, restaurant located inside the abbey. Excellent food, fresh and quality seasonal products. The service composed of young staff is very professional and attentive. Dishes are well prepared and well presented.

14/06/2025: Nice place in the Langhe, with some creative flair on the menu. The price/meat ratio is very high though (for donkeys in mathematics it means it costs too much for what they give you). Insane heat with no air conditioning and the window with still air.

09/06/2025: We chose the 5-course tasting menu with wine pairing and felt pampered from the very first moment. Each dish arrived with a careful explanation from the waitress, always kind and smiling, while the sommelier passionately told us about each wine, the history of the bottle, the cellar and the territory. It was a journey through flavors and stories, enjoyed calmly and without haste. Everything was designed to make us feel good and the view from the terrace on the Langhe hills made the moment even more special. The lunch lasted almost three hours, but time flew by. And at the end, the most beautiful surprise: the dessert with the words "Happy Birthday" for my husband and a candle lit in front of us. I had only mentioned the anniversary when booking and after a week they remembered. A simple gesture, but full of attention, which made us feel truly welcomed. Sincere compliments to everyone for the kindness, smiles, professionalism and care. We will definitely be back.

22/05/2025: We returned to have lunch at this place that we define as special and beautiful, this time too our rating is 10. Amazing tajarin, sublime desserts... truly unique service and kindness. We will return on Sunday to celebrate a birthday sure to make a splendid impression on our guests. 😍

07/05/2025: What a great spot! We loved the food and the service was great. The owners are just the loveliest couple. We loved it so much we ate there 3 times in the 5 days we were in town.

16/05/2025: Siamo stati a cena presso questo locale in via Roma a Cuneo con ingresso in un cortile . Ambiente antico ,un po' classico direi , menù quasi tipicamente piemontese . Ottimo il bollito e il riso al fondo bruno .

13/06/2025: Gemma delle Langhe is an authentic osteria, where simplicity meets good handmade food and the pleasure of conviviality. Personal note: courgettes with less garlic and rabbit a bit stringy, but it remains a beautiful experience of sincere and welcoming cuisine. Forza Gemma!

18/05/2025: Delicious and traditional Piedmontese cuisine, where you finally understand what you are eating!! Welcoming place, attentive service, super dishes. Peperoni vol baghette verde that you don't find easily, tagliolini with butter and sage served to perfection, pork cheek that melts in your mouth, semifreddo al torrone that makes you roll on the floor because it is so good... as they say... it's worth it!

Traditional dishes presented very well. The place is perfect for dinners for couples or groups of friends, excellent choice of wines!
