04/05/2026: Found by chance on a couples weekend, an unimaginable sensory experience.
Top-notch local cuisine. Everything delicious and expertly presented. Franca, the chef, is top-notch, as are her daughter Valentina and the other staff. The accompanying focaccia is truly divine. Complimentary hazelnut sweets. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to Le Tre Galline!
02/05/2026: Lunch for 2 adults and 2 children. Very good food, beautifully presented, and extremely friendly staff. As soon as you sit down, they bring you a pane casarau that you can't stop eating. The place is very quiet and beautifully decorated. The weather allowed us to eat lunch outside. Worth a visit again!

03/06/2026: I had lunch with my family, who had never been to this restaurant before, and they were very satisfied. I already knew the place and wanted to return. Once again, I would like to compliment the quality of the dishes, the service, and the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. I recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the beautiful landscapes of the Roero and enjoy these delicacies!

We were expecting an aperitif, but instead it was an exceptional dinner.

Not this spot…it hits all the stars, service, food, atmosphere …if you are in the area go here..they work with you for your pure enjoyment,,even met the the chef upon our departure,Pasquale is the best

04/05/2026: We had the tasting menu and it was great! From the raw beef and bra sausage, to the fresh asparagus, to the 40 egg yolks pasta, the veal in barolo wine to the best panna cotta we've ever had. I can see why this place is where Slow Food started. We paired it with Verduno Pelaverga wine. It was great, the service was amazing as well and they even served us a capucino at 3pm.
02/05/2026: Dinner with friends, always a welcoming place. Delicious pork cheek, top-quality zabaglione. The wait for dessert was just a little longer than usual.

The prices are a little above average, but well worth the money. The interior is very well-decorated but a bit large; the veranda is spacious but not in a great location (on a road, but with a nice hedge).

The real star here is the food, using excellent quality products and marvellous artistry in the creation of original and exquisite dishes! An innovative take rooted in the traditional culinary heritage of the region. Notable mention to the wine list, very well curated and mostly focused on the region. Outstanding value for money.

01/06/2026: About 20 people for lunch on May 31, 2026, an 80th birthday party. What can I say? IMPECCABLE! Excellent, well-prepared food. Fabulous location, huge parking lot, excellent hospitality.
