10/01/2026: Sublime. Fantastic croissants. We had breakfast and then returned in the late afternoon for a snack and an aperitif. Highly recommended. We also had the maritozzi in different flavors (babá, pistachio, tiramisu).

01/02/2026: My wife and I booked through The Fork. It's a historic restaurant near the Fossano Cathedral. Inside, it's a classy space with sofas, wooden furnishings, mirrors, and coat hangers (all near the table). The bathrooms are clean and equipped with high-quality sanitary facilities. The portions are generous and well-made, and the prices are commensurate with the location. A wide selection of wines is available. The service and wait times are in line with the restaurant. I didn't give the fifth star to suggest possible improvements, especially for a restaurant of your caliber. Having booked through The Fork, we had a discount that wasn't taken into account; after my observation and apology, it was applied. Highly recommended.

20/11/2025: Eating at this restaurant is a truly unique experience. The place itself is unusual, and the owner even more so. The concept: - No menu; the menu is presented verbally, and you choose between three primis and secondis. For the antipasti, you'll have several dishes laid out on the table in a relaxed, informal style. * A nice touch is the middle course with a spoonful of gorgonzola! - Prices range from 50 to 60 euros per person, including wine. Please note: cash only! Everything was delicious, and Luciano's wonderful atmosphere was a real highlight! A must-visit, but book well in advance.

06/12/2025: A real surprise! Fixed menu, vegetarian option, excellent food. All at a super fair price. The service staff are kind and friendly, and make you feel at home! Dogs are also welcome. Highly recommended.

04/01/2026: Lovely lunch with typical Piedmontese cuisine, perfectly executed with prime products. Service was friendly and efficient, the sommelier recommended an excellent yet reasonably priced bottle of Nebbiolo. We had a lovely family lunch in an authentic osteria! We did not stay there overnight, so cannot judge the rooms or accommodation service.

The highlight, surprising from the first moment, was the service: attentive without being intrusive, friendly, professional, and able to make us feel welcomed with ease. Every gesture was thoughtful, every explanation clear, every attention sincere. The ambiance helped make the experience even more enjoyable: elegant but not formal, warm, with meticulous attention to detail, with an atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the moment. The cuisine also lived up to expectations: well-executed dishes, quality ingredients, and balanced flavors, tastefully presented without excess. A truly successful lunch, one my wife and I will fondly remember. We will definitely be back.

16/01/2026: A restaurant in the center of Cuneo with a very welcoming atmosphere, professional and courteous service, and excellent quality dishes, both in terms of the use of raw materials and the execution. We ate various cuts of hand-chopped raw meat and a bone-in fillet seasoned with a Worcestershire-style sauce that was simply fabulous. A restaurant that showcases the finest Piedmontese meat. Prices are in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended.

07/12/2025: The restaurant is very charming and well-kept, but not very large, so reservations are recommended. The menu offers several gluten-free options. The appetizers are truly delicious, especially the raw meat. The first and second courses with meat were also excellent, all well-prepared and of high quality. In total, we spent €209 for 5 appetizers, 3 first courses, 1 second course, 4 desserts, water, wine, and 3 coffees. We left very satisfied.
