29/06/2026: First time at Osteria La Pimpinella, and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. I went there for a business dinner, and besides the delicious food, what struck me most was the attention they give to their customers. An example? We had chosen a wine, but the staff suggested another of the same quality and price. The reason? With over 30 degrees outside, that wine was already at the ideal serving temperature, while our choice would have been served too hot. Expert advice given, with no intention of making us spend more—quite the opposite. In the end, they were absolutely right: the wine was excellent, and at the right temperature, it really made a difference. It's those details that show when someone works with passion and puts the customer experience first. Careful dishes, quality ingredients, impeccable service, and a lot of professionalism. If you're passing through Bra, this place is definitely worth a visit. Kudos to the entire staff!

29/06/2026: Located in an internal garden, the osteria is beautifully decorated in an industrial, underground style; the vinyl records hanging on the walls and the selection are beautiful. The seating is spacious and comfortable inside, but also outside, between the lawn and the restaurant, offers a charming atmosphere. Regarding the service, we were a bit taken aback, not by bad behavior but by a staff member's slight incompetence, who couldn't answer our questions. Another unusual, but perhaps strange, touch is the fact that the waiters grated the cheese themselves—never seen before—it's spectacular, yes, but not particularly enjoyable. The food is high-quality; the mix of Piedmontese appetizers is among the best I've ever had, the first courses are very good, and the pasta is also excellent. It's a shame about the sausage ragù, which was overcooked and even burnt in some places. A lovely place that I would recommend, even for vegetarians and, if I remember correctly, vegans.

02/06/2026: We found this place while walking through the charming town of Bra and, intrigued, decided to pop in. It couldn't have been a better choice. Traditional appetizers with Bra sausage; the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and the desserts are unmissable! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of fresh fish is also excellent for the more discerning palate.

08/06/2026: We passed through Bra and stopped for lunch at this osteria... I'd say everything was delicious... from the appetizers to the tajarin with Bra sausage and the cheese platter!!! Don't miss the dessert! I highly recommend it...

27/05/2026: It's a small pizzeria, so it's best to book; it's my first time there. The appetizer, a mix of fried foods (mozzarella, croquettes, etc.), was excellent. I had a ham pizza that was delicious and easy to digest. The tiramisu was good, but I personally liked the biscuits, which were soaked in too much coffee. But again, my taste, it was good anyway. The guy who served us was very kind and they were also quick. I highly recommend it.

11/05/2026: We walked in this morning with no particular expectations, and left genuinely glad we had chosen this place. The welcome was immediate. Before we had even fully stepped through the door, one of the staff looked up, smiled, and said good morning. It sounds like a small thing. It is not. We found a table without trouble. The seating is well thought out: there is a mix of options, and whoever designed the space clearly understood that people come to a café not just to look at things but to actually sit, rest, and stay for a while. Comfort and aesthetics are not treated as opposites here, which already says something about the philosophy of the place. The display case was a genuine pleasure to look at. A real selection, both sweet and savory, with enough variety that you feel the kitchen has put thought into it rather than just filling space. Everything was presented with care, but the abundance felt generous rather than decorative. We were not yet settled when someone came by to let us know they would be with us shortly. Such a simple thing, and yet it changes everything. You go from feeling invisible to feeling seen. The service that followed was attentive without being intrusive, efficient without feeling rushed. The staff were clearly engaged with their work, moving with the quiet confidence of people who actually want to be there. The coffee was excellent, as it should be. But what stays with you is the overall sense that this place is run by people who understand hospitality not as a technique but as a disposition. We will be back.

09/05/2026: I love everything about this place, period. The people, the atmosphere, the sense of belonging — and that’s not even all of it. The coffee, its taste and quality, is pure perfection to me & 100% worth exploring🫶 They also have a great selection of pastries. My personal favorites are the pizzetta salata and the blackberry Danish (!!!). Special thanks to Paolo and Luca for making the whole experience feel so special.

12/11/2025: Attracted by the excellent reviews, we went to the butcher's shop and purchased various cuts of meat (cheek, tenderloin for roasting and some cuts for boiling) and Bra sausage, quality products at fair prices, excellent also in terms of service for courtesy and availability, we will definitely return in the future.
