01/06/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Le Scuderie del Castello di Govone, and I can honestly say it's more than just a meal, it's a true culinary experience.
Each dish showcases the region through authentic ingredients, locally sourced produce, and carefully selected ingredients, cooked with passion and respect for tradition.
An added bonus that I particularly appreciated was the pairing of each course with a tasting of local wines, expertly presented and explained, which enhanced the flavors of the dishes, making the gastronomic journey even more engaging.
The quality, attention to detail, welcoming atmosphere, and love for the region are evident at every turn. An experience worth experiencing at least once, especially for those who love good food and the excellent Piedmontese food and wine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

12/10/2025: This bar in Govone's charming little square is always a place of carefree relaxation, thanks in part to the owner's savoir faire, who organizes themed evenings. It's the ideal place to unwind after work or at any time of day. The service is excellent.

23/03/2025: Ho ordinato una carne cruda e un primo, mi viene servita la carne cruda dopo nemmeno 3 minuti mi arrivano i tagliolini dico che mi era appena arrivato l’ antipasto quindi mi riportano in cucina i tagliolini dopo 30 minuti ritornato con i tagliolini bollenti immangiabili erano appiccicosi e anche il piatto era bollente da questo capisco che erano stati passati a microonde. Mio marito prende il fritto di calamari arrivano con un brutto colorito di olio di frittura molto vecchio erano dorati marroni erano duri e per masticarli ti facevi venire male alla mascella.

23/03/2025: Locale grazioso e con potenzialità, peccato che il cibo non sia all’altezza dei tipici agriturismi piemontesi, dove generalmente si mangia meglio.
Portate abbondanti con ripasso e servizio molto cortese e attento, per il resto piatti non curati e olio pessimo, che ha rovinato la carne all’albese che avrebbe potuto essere la portata più buona. Flan di spinaci annacquato, tagliatelle con ragù inesistente e arrosto duro, il resto senza infamia e senza lode. Dolci accettabili e caffè stranamente buono, cosa che non trovo spesso nei ristoranti.
03/11/2024: Posizione perfetta per visitare le Langhe. Non lontano da Alba e a soli 10 minuti dall'incantevole borgo di Neive. Camere accoglienti, molto pulite. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato
