06/07/2026: The Taverna degli Orsi presents itself as a very intimate and rustic restaurant, with a very welcoming and friendly staff, I'd say excellent. As for the food, I must say I enjoyed quality cured meats and cheeses. Their focaccia was good, but I would have preferred the contrast between the saltiness and the exquisite goat's cheese. A pleasant and relaxing experience ☺️

The staff — the chef, the sommelier, and the service team — are warm, smiling, and attentive at the highest level, brimming with knowledge they are delighted to share, and exceptionally gracious. And the food? It is the crown jewel and the pride of Piedmontese cuisine. Extraordinary cooking techniques showcase magnificent raw ingredients, the foundation of most dishes coming straight from the restaurant's own kitchen garden. Wonderful combinations of vegetables, fruits, fish, seafood, and meat are handled impeccably — with delicacy and restraint — so as to let the natural flavors of the exceptional seasonal ingredients take center stage. 16/05/2026: A stunning location in the green Langhe countryside, excellent food, and friendly staff. The prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommended for lunch after a wine tasting at a local winery.

16/06/2026: Worth a trip on its own. Allesandro and his brothers do a fantastic job. Spectacular food starting with gambero rosso, moving on to pasta with morels and green asparagus, then over to gnocchi with lobster and more asparagus 🥳😋😋. Awesome wine paring with outstanding wines by the glass. Finishing off with their signature Gianduia. Don't miss a glass of their own bubbly La Coccinella Special Cuveè MarcoAlberto before and after the meal 🥂🥂. Stayed the night at La Luce delle Colline nearby. Also really nice. So much looking forward to next visit. Area is beautiful. Once again, thanks for hosting me.

21/07/2026: My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant, chosen based on reviews and the menu. The restaurant is very well-maintained and enjoys a splendid view of the Langhe. The interior dining room, though not very large, is furnished in a modern and contemporary style, elegant yet informal, with large windows that enhance the splendid view of the hills. Outside, there is also a large terrace with tables, ideal for enjoying the view in warm weather. The welcome was impeccable: attentive, friendly service, always accompanied by a smile, without ever being intrusive. The cuisine pleasantly surprised us because it breaks away from the classic stereotypes of the Langhe tradition, offering original, well-researched, and beautifully balanced dishes. Of all the dishes, the cold spaghetti deserves a special mention: a dish as unexpected as it is spectacular, fresh, balanced, and perfect for hot summer days. A must-try. Prices are in line with those of the area. We will definitely return, perhaps to experience the atmosphere of the dinner as well. A restaurant we can wholeheartedly recommend.

16/07/2026: Wonderful experience in our second time in this beautiful restaurant in Saluzzo. The food is exquisite, so is the service. Very elegant dishes that reflect the region, extremely well-prepared. The wine list is simply amazing, too Definitely recommended, and worth changing your road to nake sure you visit and have a meal there if you are in the region.

12/07/2026: I visited Le Quattro Stagioni restaurant with my partner and a friend. The menu is captivating for the quality of the ingredients and the care with which each dish is prepared. A special mention goes to the desserts, which are simply exceptional. The service was impeccable: Roberta and Piero's professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness made our evening even more enjoyable. An experience I highly recommend.

28/07/2026: I can't understand why there are places where you go for a while and suddenly forget they exist. I came back here after an absence of I think twelve years, and if it was already good before, now they've really outdone themselves. The best dinner in recent years. Top-quality ingredients, superb fresh pasta, and an original menu (the wine list is also very extensive, I must say). Excellent value. Friendly service. Very nice location. Go there. Come back. And don't forget about this place like I did.

23/07/2026: Had a lovely meal in the garden. Very helpful and sweet service. Beautiful menu, choice of a set menu or à la carte. Nice, original dishes, including a starter of prawns with caramel and passion fruit. Fantastic. Other dishes were also really tasty. Beautiful wine list, with the Dogliani wines prominently featured, of course. Including, surprisingly, a Timorasso from Dogliani. How nice. Had a wonderful evening, thank you.

05/07/2026: Everything was perfect. The location is in the center of Cuneo, in a historic building. The food was wonderful, from appetizers to dessert, and even the wine. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not to be missed.

16/06/2026: We visited Osteria Senza Fretta for the first time last night, and what a wonderful experience it was. The restaurant truly lives up to its name. For the first time in ages, my wife and I didn't feel rushed while dining. The service was impeccable and flawless from start to finish, with excellent attention to detail in every dish that was served. It felt almost dreamlike, enjoying beautifully prepared fresh food while listening to the gentle sound of the fountain and classical music in the background. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and elegant. What impressed us even more was seeing the head chef personally come out to serve some of the dishes. Such humility is rare to find. The lady head chef has created some truly outstanding dishes, full of creativity and flavour. Our waiter was excellent as well, providing attentive service throughout the evening. His knowledge of the English language was greatly appreciated and made the experience even more enjoyable. 10/06/2026: Osteria Senza Fretta is one of those places where you immediately feel at home as soon as you walk in. We were guests for dinner. The location is elegant and understated. But what is most striking is the courtesy, the welcome, and the quality of the cuisine. Passion and professionalism shine through in the management and customer service. All this, with excellent value for money. Keep up the good work.

Their expertise in raw materials and their ability to carefully monitor their own supply chains are extraordinary. It's difficult to single out one dish in particular; the entire menu deserves to be explored.
