26/07/2025: Very good pizza! The pizza base was very good! Ordered pizza Matgarita (for two children) very tasty ham, Deliziosa with good cheese and tasty arugula and Strachino e rucola which was very tasty and good. Tasty and good house red and white wine. Recommend a visit here!

06/05/2025: Siamo capitati per caso dopo aver vagato in zona alla ricerca di un posto per cenare. Abbiamo avuto fortuna perché qui fanno una pizza veramente speciale, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pasta della pizza che a mio parere è la cosa più importante. La pizza è friabile, sottile quanto basta, cotta al punto giusto. Sicuramente lievitata bene. Giusto anche il prezzo, e abbiamo trovato cortesia e professionalità. La consigliamo!

28/07/2025: I hadn't been able to get a reservation for years. Yesterday we went for lunch. Everything was the same as it was years ago. The food was excellent, as was the service. The wine list was encyclopedic.

12/07/2025: An excellent osteria in Monforte d'Alba, highly recommended for both the friendly and welcoming service and the excellent dining experience. The homemade piadina is truly fresh and exceptional, and the truffle tajarin are also delicious.

12/07/2025: A beautiful osteria in the heart of the Langhe. I chose the tasting menu and was very pleased. Excellent value for what we ate. The elegant location is lovely. When I return to the Langhe, it will be one of those places I'd love to return to for a quiet dinner with good food.

10/07/2025: I travel a lot for work and often sleep outside. At Fabiana I found a genuine and welcoming environment. Very clean rooms with refined taste with colors and furnishings that regenerate the soul. All the comforts, from the hydromassage tub, fa-bu-lo-sa, to the kettle with a vast selection of herbal teas and teas... Surrounded by greenery. Their cuisine is excellent, the breakfasts abundant and delicious. I can really say that this place is one of my absolute favorites and I will go there very often. And then there is the Staff!!.. Very kind, helpful, friendly and truly competent. Thanks for the hospitality!!.. Highly recommended!!

22/06/2025: It was not a popular voice, but a very beautiful and kind young lady who told us about this place to eat lunch, and now that lunch is over, all we can do is say "thank you from the bottom of our hearts, sweet Vale." Located on the edge of the historic center of Saluzzo, this restaurant seems anonymous in its presentation but, once you enter, in this charming place, you are kidnapped by a smile that cheers the heart, a truly genuine welcome and full of healthy passion, moreover, once you are seated, this young lady introduces you with infinite grace and sweetness, an accurate speech while her gaze shines so much that, it makes you dream, of the menu that you will go to taste. Applause like at the premiere of the Scala, here we find ourselves in the cave of a starred future, dishes of an impeccable care, combinations of flavors that leave you amazed. Their tempura, ah! How wonderful and then.. A tear on the dessert with the Zabaione... In short, gentlemen..if there were 7 stars it would be said..well done, so what's left to say, Thanks to this young couple who love their work and helped by their staff..they give pearls of mastery to anyone, leaving the flavors in the heart and mind while you happily leave. Travel menu Half a bottle of Langhe Arneis Liter of water Two coffees 115€. I highly recommend it. Thanks guys.

07/08/2025: We had a wonderful evening with delicious food. The waiter's wine recommendation was also perfect. The terrace with the sunset rounded it all off.

14/07/2025: We had lunch for our anniversary, and enjoyed a spectacular view of the vineyards and La Morra in the background. You can already walk through the vineyards to reach the inn. The food was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for those who love good food and the spectacle of the Langhe.

05/07/2025: A superb restaurant, in the Piedmont countryside with a view of the vineyards. They do an amazing job, with great flavours and great service. Their wine list was fantastic with about 300 pages of wine labels! Absolutely wonderful.

29/07/2025: Everything was perfect! My girlfriend and I came from Florence specifically for our first Michelin-starred experience. They welcomed us with a beautiful smile, and we ate truly deliciously. The service was impeccable, with friendly, smiles, and a beautiful, quiet atmosphere that allowed you to fully enjoy the experience. Eating at a table facing the kitchen allowed us to witness the impeccable work of the dining room and kitchen; it was truly a pleasure to watch them work so hard. At the end of the service, the chef came by to thank everyone. He stopped at our table to chat with us and was truly friendly. It was a lovely and interesting conversation, a fitting conclusion. We can't get enough of them, because here you'll find an elegant, tranquil atmosphere, excellent service, and above all, very clean and attentive to every detail... Extraordinary staff and owners. Chef La Rossa and his super wife, Patrizia Top, are very helpful and attentive to their customers. They make you feel at home, welcomed and pampered at the same time. The dishes are truly excellent, high-end, and unmistakably high-quality... The menu varies seasonally, with dishes that reveal a great deal of thought and research into high-quality, delicious desserts with unrivaled flavor. Excellent value for money. As always, you leave the table with the intention of returning as soon as possible, everything is so delicious... In short, it's truly a restaurant with a guarantee, but no refunds because it's impossible to find a flaw... Try it and believe it... Congratulations to all of you, congratulations to the Chef... 13/07/2025: A tavern with restaurant-style service, in a positive sense. A good selection of traditional dishes, beautifully prepared and plated. A very careful selection of wines at very reasonable prices. If you appreciate snails (a characteristic of Cherasco), this place is a must. The menu features fried snails with a green sauce and Parisian-style snails, expertly prepared with garlic. Upon request, five days in advance, you can sample the full snail menu. I highly recommend it.
