16/09/2025: Enchanting place, welcoming rooms, rustic elegance that makes you feel at ease. Courteous, attentive, and capable service. Carefully crafted dishes, captivating flavors, excellent raw ingredients, pastas, meats, and vegetables are respected and enhanced. Varied wine list, with a good selection of producers. Menu sampled by two: vegetable tartlet/bagna cauda reduction, mushroom/licorice risotto, stew/Barolo reduction (melting), chestnut dessert/orange sauce, panettone/zabaglione (sumptuous). Tried several times, over several stays, I'll add the latest "menu discoveries": quail/porcini mushrooms, porcini mushroom/truffle tart, pumpkin/porcini risotto, gnocchi bleu/beetroot, fried porcini mushrooms, chickpea/vegetable soup, hot chocolate tart, chestnut cream...SUPER-LA-TI-VI. Rooms for those who want to stay spacious, comfortable, clean, and with spectacular views!

14/09/2025: Osteria dei Colori is a charming restaurant in the heart of Cuneo, ideal for a special dinner or for those seeking a refined and comfortable dining experience. Each of my visits has been memorable: on my last visit, I dined outside, a refined setting with soft lighting and elegant curtains creating an intimate atmosphere. The menu is varied and well-balanced, with options ranging from appetizers to desserts. Note the small supplement for water and service charge. I particularly enjoyed the eggplant cavatelli with tomato, basil, and mozzarella, followed by an excellent white chocolate cremino. The staff, especially the waitresses, are friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone seeking quality, a warm welcome, and carefully prepared dishes. A beautiful Cuneo gem to be treasured and promoted with respect.

12/09/2025: A very nice place run by friendly people who know how to treat customers. The cuisine is classic Piedmontese, with a menu that changes weekly. The best thing is definitely the atmosphere that is created every evening. Kudos also to the service, as the staff are very attentive. I go there often and each time I leave feeling more satisfied.

05/07/2025: A superb restaurant, in the Piedmont countryside with a view of the vineyards. They do an amazing job, with great flavours and great service. Their wine list was fantastic with about 300 pages of wine labels! Absolutely wonderful.

02/08/2025: The best vegetarian restaurant I've ever eaten at. Original, creative, and delicious food. The price is incredibly low for the quality of the food and the effort it takes to create it. I hope the restaurant opens in the evenings in the future to increase our chances of going.

23/07/2025: Excellent cuisine! 5 stars with honors! Dishes made with only seasonal ingredients, tasty, original, and authentic! With the round plate, you can try everything. We also have a farmhouse in Monferrato, and I know what dedication and passion for good, healthy food mean. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: I had dinner last night at Osteria del Vicoletto. The ravioli del plin and the guinea fowl amazed me! The service was equally as good. The brunette was exceptional (sorry, I don't remember her name). Thanks also to Andrea, who recommended the dessert. The setting was elegant and the atmosphere was relaxed. 01/09/2025: Disappointing. One slice of stew was barely warm and not at all tender. Accompanied by very few carrots and zucchini. The hazelnut parfait was so frozen that I couldn't appreciate its flavor. It was barely breakable with a fork and knife. The chocolate sauce mentioned on the menu seemed more like cocoa powder in small lumps.

07/09/2025: The food at Osteria La Torre was fresh, tasty, and regionally inspired. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Overall, a successful visit in a pleasant atmosphere – highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Piedmontese cuisine.

07/09/2025: Amazing food in a casual dining restaurant with outdoor seating, great wine, amazing dishes (crudo, snails, veal ravioli with prawns, zabaglione) in a lovely charming little town Cheraaco. Total gem!!! Worth travelling there for this experience

08/09/2025: This is a place I'd return to. The set menu is a devastating test of endurance, with generous appetizers (the tartare is incredible), the tajarin pasta that melts in your mouth, the ravioli al plin, a lesser favorite, but that's my personal taste. The main courses are tender, and the trio of desserts complete the meal in style and fullness! The bill is negligible for the quality and quantity.

24/08/2025: We had dinner with friends. The staff were friendly and the place was quiet in the center of town. The tagliolini with truffles were delicious, paired with a nice bottle of Nebbiolo. Highly recommended!
