18/03/2026: A truly unforgettable experience. This place leaves you with something unforgettable. The quality of the tagliata meat is immediately apparent: tender, flavorful, and enhanced visually by the combination of colors and mushrooms, which make it simply sublime. The balsamic vinegar ice cream was a real surprise... truly top-notch. Perhaps the only thing I would improve on, personally, is the platter: for my taste, I found it a bit too bland compared to the quality of the other dishes.

13/03/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance. The atmosphere was elegant, the staff friendly and helpful. The dishes were very good, made with high-quality ingredients, accompanied by an excellent regional wine recommended by the waiter.

04/04/2026: Delicious seafood pasta and calzones complemented by a nice atmosphere. Needed a quick lunch just before catching an afternoon train, and this was an amazing find near the train station. Arrived at 2:20pm needing a table for 5, and they were happy to seat us despite closing at 3. Highly recommend!

11/04/2026: We had dinner last night at this restaurant in Bologna and had a positive experience. The food was the highlight: we chose traditional Bolognese dishes such as tortellini in broth, homemade fettuccine with ragù, cotoletta alla Bolognese, and platters of local cured meats. Everything was truly delicious; I particularly enjoyed the fettuccine, well-made and flavorful. The ricotta and spinach tortelloni with butter and sage were also excellent, although the choice of serving dish could be improved (a soup plate, not very appetizing). The pork loin cotoletta alla Bolognese was noteworthy, truly gigantic and perfect for sharing. The non-traditional options were also interesting, such as the spaghetti with raw red tuna tartare. The desserts were also good, including a noteworthy tiramisu. The atmosphere is modern and pleasant. The service was courteous and helpful, always attentive without being intrusive. Overall, an excellent experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to taste authentic Bolognese cuisine (and more) in an authentic setting.

19/03/2026: I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The food arrived cold and bland, with portions significantly smaller than the price. The service was slow and disorganized: we waited a long time both to order and to receive our food, and the staff seemed distracted and unfriendly. Furthermore, the atmosphere was noisy, with tables too close together, making it difficult to have a peaceful conversation. There are many better options in the area: I can't recommend this place at this time, and I personally won't be returning.

21/01/2026: Found this piadina shop by chance in the center of Bologna, in front of a high school. Small but very welcoming. The dough is only whole wheat, but it's truly delicious, as is the filling. The owners are super nice and helpful. A great find, highly recommended! Bravi Bravi
