11/07/2026: ⭐⭐ (2 out of 5 stars) — A never-ending dinner. Great company, terrible service. We sat down for dinner with friends, and the experience was unfortunately ruined by unacceptable time management. The critical points of the evening: Snail appetizers: An hour's wait for cold mixed platters. No bread: The cured meats arrived without any accompaniments. We were offered tigelle, but, unaware of the kitchen's slow pace, we waited another 20 minutes for them, almost finishing the cured meats in the meantime. Was serving simple bread right away too complicated? Disastrous main courses: Another hour's wait. The dishes arrived staggered, one every 5 minutes. The last person to arrive received their order with an incalculable delay, after everyone else had already finished eating. Lack of communication: None of the staff apologized or notified us in advance of the serious inconvenience in the kitchen. In conclusion: We went in for dinner and left at midnight after a coffee. Three hours for a dinner, without even dessert, is excessive. It's a shame, because the quality of some dishes deserves a mention, but the only truly positive aspect of the evening was the company of my friends. It would have been good taste to offer a discount for the inconvenience or a free liqueur. I'm convinced we were unlucky, as I'd heard great things about it. However, I most likely won't be returning.

11/08/2026: The pleasant atmosphere in the well-kept garden, friendly service, and reasonable prices. We opted for the tasting menu for €13.50, which includes two tigelle (not very well risen, but decent), two crescentine (large and honeycombed, but very thin and crumbly), cured meats, cheeses, pickles, and sauces (decent, but the friggione isn't a real friggione). The portions aren't for big eaters, but they were adequate for us.

24/05/2026: Thank you for the experience. We were looked after, every step was meticulously detailed, and we also enjoyed every moment of conversation and anecdotes. We rolled tagliatelle by hand and cooked Bolognese ragù according to the recipe registered with the Chamber of Commerce, not forgetting the tiramisu. We learned a lot, but above all, it was a pleasant afternoon spent in good company. The house is welcoming and has a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. 18/07/2026: This trattoria reflects Bolognese tradition, offering tagliatelle with ragù or friggione, balanzoni, tortellini, tortelloni with butter and sage, crescentine with cured meats, cotoletta alla Bolognese, as well as Fassona beef tartare, Angus beef carpaccio, and a rotating vegetarian dish. The quality, service, and location are excellent.

03/05/2026: Very nice place, everyone was kind, for the food, the gricia was creamy and tasty, the carbonara I didn't understand if there was egg, it was white, I didn't feel the flavor, I don't know 🤔.. the puntarelle were hard but maybe they are not in season but all in all I liked it..

09/05/2026: I went for breakfast in early December 2025. I met a gentleman in his 50s or 60s. I asked for a cappuccino and a pastry. A pastry without cream or chocolate or anything similar, and they offered me one with jam 🤔🫣. I was asked if I wanted a drop of still or sparkling water. I chose still and they brought me sparkling water 😕. I remained seated at the table inside the bar because of the cold. It's a shame there are only half a dozen tables, and they fill up quickly, and at a certain point, you almost feel like you're in the way, especially when you've finished your meal. Receipt cannot be produced because it wasn't received.

01/08/2026: Our experience was really bad. We ordered crescentine with a waitress. After a while, I asked another waiter if they were coming, but he interpreted the question as if I'd ordered them from him, so there was some confusion. At that point, the first waitress came back and said, "You ordered from me, then you ordered from him again." I had to explain that I hadn't placed a second order and that, to avoid this kind of confusion, only one waiter should take orders at a table, otherwise it creates double orders and confusion. Eventually, she was convinced, too. The friggione was incredibly salty, so much so that we had to send it back. The platter of cured meats was first told it was "for two people," then when it came to the bill, it was changed to "for three." The worst part was when paying: the owner asked my friend, in a disparaging tone, if "she was okay with 10 euros back." A truly unprofessional and very unpleasant approach. Finally, I ordered chips, but they arrived with plain, bagged chips for €4.50. Never again. Confused service, poor quality, and disrespectful attitude. I do not recommend it.
