I highly recommend.
The only flaw is a strangely unpleasant smell upon entry, which does not give an immediate sense of welcome.
For the rest, excellent desserts and sorbets and friendly and helpful staff, as well as fast service even when the place is full

24/03/2024: Well-kept restaurant inside, good staff service but as far as the food is concerned, which overall is good but the prices are exaggerated... we are at
Castel Maggiore not in Montecarlo... cover charge €4 gnocchi with pumpkin and gorgonzola €16 but on the plate there were 4 in number... but really 4 and small... let's specify that we are not gluttons but the empty plate is not!! we didn't continue because we really risked spending €300 and then going to make a sandwich elsewhere... Really embarrassing!!!

04/04/2024: Had a fantastic dinner at Cesari, food was amazing & Riccardo was the perfect host. Green ravioli with rabbit was the stand out for me & the tagliatelle ragu was the best of the week so far, according to my wife. We were very lucky to get in without a booking, so book in advance & soak up the nearly 70 years of history & terrific food, thank you to the whole team 🙏

29/03/2024: Well done Alessandro, despite the fact that the bar is located in a non-central area and with few offices, it manages to attract customers thanks to its quality and friendliness. The charcoal pizza is excellent, as is everything else, both sweet and savory. We will see each other soon!

Hamburger ottimo (p.s. io li prendo anche vuoti perché li facciamo a casa), e tutto il cibo molto curato. Un plauso particolare al pignoletto consigliato dal Papà che mi ha detto che era molto buono... e infatti aveva ragione. Ottimo pignoletto.

Too bad only for the location, a little inconvenient for those coming from outside and looking for parking and the place is not huge... better to go with a reservation. Having said that I highly recommend it, the staff are very kind and the food is very good.
