Possibly my favourite restaurant in the world. Pride without pretension. Delicious food and wine. The best service and value. Puglian and Bolognese dishes presented with the same aplomb. An oasis of gentility in a noisy part of town on a Friday night. Great vegetarian and vegan options too.

Apulian specialties efficient and friendly service, tidy and clean place, excellent specialties served with beautiful plating and good selection of wines. Try the homemade desserts. Honest cost and in line with that shown on the menu. Outside via del Pratello which is a legend in Bologna

Apulian restaurant, which I highly recommend. From the first courses to the second courses, through to the vegetables and desserts, everything was truly tasty. The house red is also good. Fast and impeccable service.
Five stars well deserved and we will certainly return next time we visit Bologna.

Un pranzo di lavoro all' insegna della più autentica tradizione pugliese nel cuore di Bologna. Location accogliente ma essenziale, compensato da una proposta culinaria di livello superiore con materie prime eccezionali preparate con maestria e gusto. Non è una cucina gourmet ma una cucina autentica e schietta. Ottimo tutto fantastiche la purea di fave con cicoria, orecchiette con le cime di rapa alici e granella di pane tostato. Proposta varia con prezzi più che giusti. Non rimarrete delusi.

Locale molto accogliente e personale simpatico. La cucina è apprezzabile, ma ci sono degli errori da evitare assolutamente. E' inutile chiedere al cliente come vuole la cottura della tagliata, proporre "ben cotta, media e al sangue", concordare "media/sangue"... e poi portarla completamente cotta e dura. E' inutile confermare al cliente, che chiede verdure saltate, che si faranno aglio olio e peperoncino, e poi portare verdure bollite condite con solo olio. Che rapporto c'è fra servizio e cucina? Buono il resto, anche se si eccede col pomodoro. Ottimi i dolci. Prezzi nella norma.
