17/04/2026: We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance. The outside wasn't particularly impressive, but given the time, we decided to go inside. Once through the small pergola and inside, we found ourselves immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by, intimate and captivating. The two small rooms had large, well-spaced tables, a classic table setting, and were immaculately clean. The friendly and courteous staff subsequently proved attentive, fast, and professional. Opening the menu, the real surprises began: both meat and fish, presented in a traditional yet unconventional manner and presented with a certain "choreography" on the plates. We began with the appetizers: chicory with fava bean purée and crusty bread, appetizing in its simplicity, and asparagus flan with crispy pancetta and Parmesan fondue, a truly exciting "palette" of flavors for the palate. Next came Lucanian-style involtini, perfectly cooked, for the quality of the ingredients, and for the flavor of the tomato that pleasantly enveloped everything. The grilled beef tagliata with coarse salt and rosemary confirmed the attention to ingredients and the skill of the kitchen; the side dishes, baked potatoes and sautéed chicory, were splendidly reminiscent of grandmothers' cooking. The wine list was extensive and unpretentious, with a national flavor, including a number of rosé wines; the bread basket was interesting with its various baked goods, some original, but the presentation could use more attention. Congratulations!!! It's true that "the habit doesn't make the man"; just one piece of advice to everyone: GO, don't miss out! We'll definitely be back to try the artichoke ravioli with Lucanian black pork cheek and Moliterno pecorino fondue, the beef cheek braised in Aglianico wine and mashed potatoes, and the ricotta mousse with caramelized figs and almond crumble. 01/05/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. The dishes were extremely meager, with quantities far below expectations and the price. The service was also lacking: long waits for requests and little attention at the table. The place is worth it, but you can't value just the beautiful view if you pay a lot without actually eating. When it came to the bill, we were asked if everything was okay. We mentioned that the artichokes were burnt, but there was no concrete response: not a proper apology, not a commercial gesture, not even the slightest attention to the customer. When you pay that kind of money, you expect quality, care, and above all, attention. Unfortunately, all of this was missing here. I would not recommend it.

04/05/2026: It's been a while since I started going to this place, and after trying a lot of Chinese restaurants in bologna this is still my favorite one. The dishes are full of taste, and they keep delicate taste and their lightness. This proves that are made by an expert hand (which is the owner btw 🙂). My favorite dish in this place are the shrimps dumplings, they are marvelous as usually in a lot of other places they are not good but here they are a must try imo. For the first course my to-go are always the rice based plates, they are absolutely perfect here I highly suggest the Cantonese rice with curry. The second course dishes are also a must try here, I definitely suggest the chicken in agro sauce or the meat cooked in curry, onion. The staff is amazing and really friendly. 27/04/2026: On Sunday, April 19th, I celebrated my daughter's First Communion at La Cantina del Latte, and once again, the experience was truly excellent. I had already had the pleasure of celebrating my twins' Confirmation here the previous year, and I had a wonderful time there too. Both I and all the guests had a wonderful time, appreciating not only the splendid location surrounded by the greenery of the Centro al Gese, but also the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Stefania for her kindness, availability, and professionalism, which made both days even more enjoyable and meticulously crafted. The food was truly excellent: carefully prepared, tasty, and beautifully presented, enjoyed by all the guests. Furthermore, as a vegetarian, I greatly appreciated the wide selection of vegetarian dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. An absolutely positive experience that I highly recommend for events and special occasions.

26/05/2026: Last Friday, my husband and son went to dinner. Even though I live very close to the restaurant, I must admit I'd never been there. After finding out they allowed dogs (we have a Cavalier King), we trusted the reviews and were very, very pleased! To start, they serve their own fornarina, which is delicious! My husband and I opted for two fish-based entrees, which, in addition to the quantity (each portion can literally be split between two), amazed us with their delicious quality and the (very rich!) toppings. My son had a pizza. Next, a grilled fish platter, which we shared between the three of us! A bottle of water and a carafe of house white wine were also included. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. My only small point: the prices are definitely not "trattoria" prices, but we were happy to pay for the quality, quantity, and friendliness. I recommend trying them out.

29/12/2025: I highly recommend it to everyone. I went there today for a sausage and potato piadina for €6.50. And for what it cost, it was very good. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the place inside is a little small but very nice. They also have a few tables outside. In my opinion, it's a great piadina place. I recommend everyone to go there.

24/05/2026: My first visit to Trattoria La Mura was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and prompt (the evening menu was extensive), and the waiters were all young and well-mannered. Recommended for all ages. Highly recommended during the summer season. The outdoor dining areas are very well-maintained and the atmosphere is convivial. P.S. An experience worth repeating.

07/06/2026: We were there at the beginning of June, at a table of 12. Despite a few delays in serving lunch (the agreed-upon menu) and in resolving a shade issue, everyone was friendly and welcoming. We ate very well, and despite the hot day, we had a great time.
