17/04/2026: We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance. The outside wasn't particularly impressive, but given the time, we decided to go inside. Once through the small pergola and inside, we found ourselves immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by, intimate and captivating. The two small rooms had large, well-spaced tables, a classic table setting, and were immaculately clean. The friendly and courteous staff subsequently proved attentive, fast, and professional. Opening the menu, the real surprises began: both meat and fish, presented in a traditional yet unconventional manner and presented with a certain "choreography" on the plates. We began with the appetizers: chicory with fava bean purée and crusty bread, appetizing in its simplicity, and asparagus flan with crispy pancetta and Parmesan fondue, a truly exciting "palette" of flavors for the palate. Next came Lucanian-style involtini, perfectly cooked, for the quality of the ingredients, and for the flavor of the tomato that pleasantly enveloped everything. The grilled beef tagliata with coarse salt and rosemary confirmed the attention to ingredients and the skill of the kitchen; the side dishes, baked potatoes and sautéed chicory, were splendidly reminiscent of grandmothers' cooking. The wine list was extensive and unpretentious, with a national flavor, including a number of rosé wines; the bread basket was interesting with its various baked goods, some original, but the presentation could use more attention. Congratulations!!! It's true that "the habit doesn't make the man"; just one piece of advice to everyone: GO, don't miss out! We'll definitely be back to try the artichoke ravioli with Lucanian black pork cheek and Moliterno pecorino fondue, the beef cheek braised in Aglianico wine and mashed potatoes, and the ricotta mousse with caramelized figs and almond crumble. 12/02/2026: I regret discovering it only a few years ago, even though this management has been in place since 1998. In my opinion, it's the best Chinese restaurant (not fusion) in Bologna and the surrounding area. The dishes are plentiful, with a wide selection, all worth trying, and cooked without leaving any odors in the room. The recently renovated restaurant isn't large, but this also reflects the friendly atmosphere created by Valentina and the entire wait staff. Furthermore, the prices are also reasonable. So, what can I say: try it and believe it. Highly recommended.

02/05/2026: We were a group of friends. We were treated like queens. In the tranquility of Ponticella, on a nondescript veranda ((with air conditioning)), a couple of us ordered crescentine and Lambrusco, while everyone else, including me, ate fish, particularly enjoying the passatelli, scialatielli, fried pasta, and paprika-flavored octopus. The quality of the food was excellent, and the kindness of the owner was truly remarkable. We'll be back! We've been back many times, with a variety of friends. The fish is always appreciated by everyone: both the raw fish and the baked fish. Delicious pizzas. Guglielmo never tires of being an attentive and welcoming host. Last night, the fish was delicious. The raw fish was unique, and the diners were thrilled. I opted for baked sea bass (the largest I've ever eaten), which was filleted and cleaned by Guglielmo himself. And finally, a superb Babà!

29/12/2025: I highly recommend it to everyone. I went there today for a sausage and potato piadina for €6.50. And for what it cost, it was very good. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the place inside is a little small but very nice. They also have a few tables outside. In my opinion, it's a great piadina place. I recommend everyone to go there.

11/03/2026: A quaint restaurant located in an equestrian center surrounded by greenery. I think the place is perfect for children, who have the opportunity to spend time outdoors, perhaps watching the performances of the numerous horses and their riders. The food is good, the lesser-known ones very rich, and the selections are varied and interesting. The wine selection is also good. I'd say the price/quality ratio is good.

01/02/2026: The elegance and friendly smile of the hostess who seats you, the typical Bolognese dishes cooked with love and taste by the chef, the number one cotoletta petroniana in Bologna and the surrounding area that my son can't live without... but every time an off-menu that ranges through the good taste of our region combined with seasonal products... fried polenta with Colonnata lard and melted cheese... fried tortelloni filled with stracchino or friggione... typical desserts here too, the chef's rice cake... as a couple or in company, we feel at home! 10/04/2026: I returned to this Asian restaurant a year later, fondly recalling the excellent impression I made the first time. The location remains very spacious and well-maintained; the table setting is simple but attractive and stands out from the typical all-you-can-eat restaurants, for example, with the use of higher-quality chopsticks. Unfortunately, while the ambiance is impressive, the service this time was a bit subdued. The courses didn't arrive simultaneously: I had to wait about 15 minutes for my first course, after everyone else had already finished. Furthermore, following a mistake in my order (they brought me soy noodles instead of rice), the waiter took my dish back with a huff, making me wait several more minutes for a replacement. A shame, because rudeness over a simple mistake ruins the atmosphere somewhat. As for the food, the quality remains top-notch. The Yaki Meshi is truly exquisite, as is the salmon sashimi, which stands out for its freshness. The rice noodles were good, though comparable to those at some high-end all-you-can-eat restaurants, but overall, the hot dishes showcase a distinctly crafted approach and high-quality ingredients. The final bill was fair and consistent with the offerings. Overall, excellent cuisine, but it deserves more attention to time management and customer service.
