Easy to get to, friendly staff, excellent food, starting with the soft pizza (excellent)! First and second courses of fish or meat. The choice is yours.
20/04/2026: Truly a top-notch place! I've been going there for years and they've never missed a beat. The pizza crust is excellent, soft and with a high crust, which I love. The restaurant is equally good. A recommendation? The Scialatelli allo scoglio... delicious.

06/05/2026: A charming spot, opposite the Rocca di Dozza, the castle's former stables. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Authentic, traditional dishes with a touch of creativity.
24/04/2026: Great food just take care they sell some very costly pieces of beef - Wagyu and black ox make sure to check with servers.

We were greeted very kindly and with a sincere smile.
The fried food was dry and excellent.
The calzones were large and filled to the brim, all topped off by the hostess's great courtesy.
We even had our dog, and they gave us a table just for us.
Recommended, and we'll be sure to return soon.

10/03/2026: While visiting the beautiful village of Dozza, we had lunch at Calanco 25. It's a quiet and well-maintained place. The very kind owners welcomed us even though we hadn't booked because it was a Sunday.
The food was excellent, presented with care and creativity. The owner's homemade cookies were delicious.
I highly recommend this restaurant and will return if I'm in the area.

28/03/2026: Poor service, one waitress yells and gets upset over nothing, the other throws plates in a hurry. Food with all the omelette-based condiments. The atmosphere is too dimly lit, full of dust, and the courtesy is insane! I've been to worse places, but mostly to better ones, with a few euros more for sure, but a lot less squaraus, or no service at all.

31/12/2025: I'm sorry, this time it wasn't up to par. For Christmas I bought some savory filled panettone, and besides, the total bill seemed a bit too high, the leavened dough was very dry despite the filling, and the filling was quite sparse. Come on, guys, you can do better.

12/04/2026: When quality exceeds expectations. We chose this place without knowing it and reading the reviews. Many of them raised low expectations, but the attention to detail and the careful selection of ingredients far exceeded them. WELL DONE! We ate a sampling of local specialties and drank an excellent Albana, a great value for money. The only flaw was the service; the young woman who served us was always attentive and very pleasant, but unfortunately she was alone serving three rooms on a public holiday like Easter Monday... the wait was sometimes excessively long, but kudos to her anyway.
22/03/2026: We had a really good time, both with the food and the service. The fish is excellent; it may seem strange in the hills, but it's true.

The staff seems unconvinced, the menu has some deficiencies (the sautéed vegetables can't be reduced to green beans and the grilled ones to just eggplant 🤷🏽♂️), the baked potatoes are too salty, and the grilled chicken could be less dry. The fried crescentino are mediocre, and the tortelloni are good. The portions are adequate, but the prices are average. If, as I read, the management changed a few months ago, they'll have to roll up their sleeves... come on, guys, the location deserves it!
07/04/2026: This restaurant is located opposite the Rocca di Dozza Imolese. We had good Balanzoni, lasagna, and mutton.
The price was perhaps a little high for traditional dishes, but considering it was Easter Monday, it's understandable.
