01/05/2026: A great experience at Bottega Aleotti.
Spring 2026, and for lunch, we were offered either an inside or outside table.
The staff and service were excellent. The baked goods are homemade, and we found them exceptional.
Both the fish/seafood and traditional Bolognese/meat menus were well-chosen, excellent, and well-executed. The dessert that inspired us was the maritozzo in Chantilly cream with strawberries, exceptional!
We tried the meat menu, but we'll definitely be back for the fish one!

20/03/2026: The pizza was good, as was the fillet steak. The wine selection was good. We were on the ground floor, and the service from the professional and knowledgeable waiters was excellent.

29/03/2026: The atmosphere is very rustic and pleasant. The food quality, however, has deteriorated. The meat was still raw and brought to the table chopped into small pieces. The torteloni were good, but the rest could be improved, with little seasoning and small portions. The desserts were good. He didn't count the bill, but instead quoted a flat rate, which was high for what we ate. The service was slow, most likely because it's a large place with few staff.

Cà Rossa is a place where you can breathe authenticity and honest cuisine.
Here you'll find Modena folklore combined with home cooking.
Lots of people have passed through this place, including many famous people.
One detail that struck me...: The glasses are wine glasses because here the host probably wants you to only drink wine!
Stop by, it's worth the trip!!
I forgot... Finally another place where you can have lunch at a reasonable price!

Truly excellent pizza, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere.
I'll be back for the fish, which I'm told is excellent quality.
21/03/2026: Excellent service, the dining room isn't crowded with tables and has a pleasant atmosphere.
We were passing through and didn't book, but they still found us a place for two.
We ordered two pizzas, a medium beer, a Coke, and a coffee. The pizzas arrived promptly.
The gourmet pizzas were very good.
Given that we dine out once a week, always looking for new places nearby, we end up returning to places we've been before, so we returned here after a couple of years. The pizza is consistently excellent, and the beer selection is also good. As for the restaurant, it's also good quality. The only downside is the portions, which are small for those who only order one dish. I recommend ordering at least a first and second course. Obviously, the price is higher, and the prices are clearly displayed, so there's no reason to complain.

19/04/2026: A very charming and welcoming restaurant, meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail. Meat and fish menus. We opted for the meat menu because, coming from a seaside town, we preferred Bolognese dishes. We were not disappointed. The tortellini in brodo were exquisite, appropriately small and served in a flavorful broth. The cutlet was soft and crispy, with no fried aftertaste. A side of buttered asparagus. And to finish, a rice cake as good as I've ever tasted, an old grandmother's recipe that is truly worth it. I forgot to start the meal with a homemade focaccia served with a bowl of flavorful olive oil. The service in the dining room was friendly, professional yet familiar, and in the kitchen, the young wife curates traditional recipes.

07/04/2026: We arrived and sat at our reserved table for 3 and immediately asked the waitress for a small plate of cooked ham for my 1-year-old son. After 20 minutes, the plate still hadn't arrived. I went to check and they told me it was coming. After another 20 minutes, the plate still hadn't arrived. I went to check again and asked her what we'd like to order. Shortly after, the waitress arrived. We ordered our pizzas and the plate hadn't arrived yet. I asked her for it and after 15 minutes, the cooked ham finally arrived! Shortly after, our pizzas also arrived and they were WRONG... by now I told her that we'd just eat them and not remake them because we'd already waited too long! At the cashier, I told her that it was terrible service and the waitress replied that when there are too many people, they can't manage the place 😱😱 Get a move on guys because you can't hear a sentence like that!!
09/03/2026: Nice, spacious, and welcoming place. Decent pizza. Young staff. Very long wait with very few people seated.

19/04/2026: Nice place, warm atmosphere, excellent food and generous portions. Outdoor space for kids to play. The only reason they didn't get a 5-star rating is because the service needs improving. But there's always room for improvement. Well done.
09/04/2026: Dinner with friends for six... everyone was very satisfied. The starters were noteworthy: fried polenta with burrata and porcini mushrooms, delicious and tender shank, lamb chops, and cotoletta alla bolognese (be careful, it's truly huge, so you can easily feed two or three). The gramignone pasta was very good for the first course. The price was fair for the quality and quantity. Attentive service and very friendly staff.

28/12/2025: I'll tell you what I didn't like: nothing.
Ordered at 6:30 PM, you say the pizzas will arrive at 7:50 PM, at 8:10 PM we call to find out where you are, and you say you're preparing them now (? Really? The moment I call?)
At 8:30 PM they arrive, the POS takes 10 minutes to let us know if the payment went through (of course not, it's not getting a signal? I don't know what's wrong, since the card has no problems) and in the end, because we want to eat the pizzas while they're still a little warm, we pay in cash out of desperation.
The now-cold pizzas are absolutely dry, parched, and salty, except for the sausage and sun-dried tomato one, which is in tomato broth.
I applied a discount and gave you a free drink to apologize for the inconvenience: it's not the first time I've ordered pizza from you, I had to wait a while ago, but I wanted to give you another chance, I made a terrible mistake.
The setback happens once, not every time. Either I'm very unlucky, or you're just making people wait 40 minutes at a time to save time.
Definitely not.

18/02/2025: Si sta sempre bene e sembra di essere a casa.. Buon cibo, sia primi che carne. Provato anche le tigelle e sono molto buone. D'inverno poi col camino acceso è un coccola. Provatelo.
22/01/2025: Location molto suggestiva e accogliente, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Servizio veloce e il cibo veramente buono, fanno piatti tradizionali ma davvero deliziosi! Anche i dolci sono tutti fatti in casa. Tornerò sicuramente!
