The tuna carpaccio enriched with the freshest ingredients has managed to conquer even the most demanding palates. The final cake, a masterpiece. The owner was able to expertly recommend a selection of wines that perfectly enhanced the flavors of our dishes, adding a touch of perfection to our gastronomic experience. Not only is Ensama's cuisine exceptional, but the service was also impeccable. The staff, courteous and attentive, took care of us with a care and professionalism rare to find. Every request was met promptly and kindly, helping to make our evening even more pleasant. 06/04/2024: Our last stop after spending a week touring northern Italy and having enjoyed countless magnificent gastronomic experiences with my wife and 7-month-old baby was Bologna. On the recommendation of the hotel receptionist we headed to this restaurant. We arrived, everything was full (or that's what they told us at least) and they made us wait half an hour in the street. While the Italian groups, couples or families continued entering as they arrived. As they saw that we were not leaving and we were at the door waiting for “our turn,” they told us to sit at a table where there was no possibility of leaving the baby's chair nearby. When they asked for explanations and asked for another table, they basically invited us to leave. Nothing like this had ever happened to me in my life.

16/03/2024: Siamo stati poco tempo per un evento ai Portici di via Indipendenza, non ho mai visto una così tale disorganizzazione....i piatti tornavano indietro, qualità del cibo...pessima.Questo sarebbe un ristorante STELLATO??? Per concludere la serata, uscendo fuori la terrazza, abbiamo trovato degli ospiti indesiderati...due toponi. Amo gli animali, ma topi sulla terrazza di un ristorante stellato..... Penso di non tornare. Ambiente raffinato? Chef sopravvalutato!!!! A volte basterebbe un po' di umiltà e soprattutto un po' di coscienza .

01/04/2024: Fresh fish offering, I must say of excellent quality. Recommended verbally by the owner, indoctrinated and finely explained. Ate raw food, oysters, mixed seafood appetizer, strozzapreti and grilled fish. The slightly excessive bill is justified by the quality of the product. I will definitely return again on special occasions.
