09/08/2025: Very friendly staff. Check the business hours before going! They were closing when we arrived, but offered us some cold brew to help cool us down from the afternoon heat. I would visit again to try their other coffees.

Locale piccolino e delizioso.
Abbiamo mangiato una gramigna con bruciatini di cinghiale , pastrami di tacchino , baccalà mantecato, roast beef affumicato, patate alla brace , Insalata di patate e .....friggione( piatto meno buono).
Tutto servito con tanta professionalità e attenzione.
Ottima la scelta dei vini proposti dalla ragazza, sicuramente sommelier ( non le ho chiesto il nome)
Piccole cantine.
Sicuramente tornerò presto.
15/07/2025: Tuvimos el placer de comer en Affumico durante nuestra semana de vacaciones en Bolonia. Esta fue una gran experiencia! Es un pequeño restaurante que se centra en ingredientes de alta calidad, una gran preparación de alimentos y un servicio amable. Tenía costillas y mi marido pescado. Platos sencillos, pero muy bien preparados. Gran cerveza y vino también.

05/09/2025: Tortellini in broth and cutlet Bolognese (special mention: no cream!) are expertly prepared. The decor is that of a true trattoria, the atmosphere is discreet with pleasant background music, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I'll gladly return.
03/09/2025: Loved the lasagna, the sage pasta was a bit one-noted and would’ve preferred more sage but likely a local preference. Grazie for the charming atmosphere and welcoming service. Lots of locals eat here, so do make a reso if you don’t come right at open.

The menu features very few dishes, with frog specialties taking center stage.
Everything we ordered was delicious.
Rice with frogs.
Home-made tortelloni with butter and sage.
Fried frogs and cacciatore style.
Special mention also for the potatoes and sautéed chicory.
Spectacular fior di latte.
Quick and friendly service.
The price wasn't the cheapest, but given the quality of what we ate, it was more than fair.
17/08/2025: At this trattoria in our hometown of Baricella, we found an exceptional atmosphere and welcome, especially from the owner, who prioritizes customer service. We ate tagliatelle with prosciutto and frogs cacciatore, both delicious.
These establishments, run like this, make all the difference.

23/08/2025: There are no words to describe the pure goodness, authenticity, and delicacy of the dishes, and how could I not mention the professionalism and kindness of the people who work there and the authenticity of the place.
I want to thank the restaurateurs for all this. It's been years since I've been so moved by a meal, but you did it!!! It's a shame I can't give more than 5 stars, well deserved!!!
