In the village of Monteveglio Abbey, this historic trattoria is a gem not to be missed. Everything revolves around the high-quality ingredients, mostly locally sourced. In my experience, there are very few trattorias that offer such high-quality local cuisine.

A beautiful place with incredibly kind people running it. We were hiking, thirsty, and they gave us a complimentary lemonade to go, complete with a cup, for a very reasonable price. We can't thank them enough for their kindness!

I liked the place: cool when it's too hot in the plains. The dishes were good, from appetizers to dessert. The service was friendly but impeccable. I was deeply disappointed by the recommended vintage wines. Unfortunately, none of the guests appreciated the wines, confirming my impression. Prices were average for Bologna.

A magnificent experience in the heart of the village!
I dined at this trattoria and was absolutely thrilled. The place is enchanting, immersed in a magical and relaxing atmosphere that transports you back in time.
The dishes are simply exquisite.
You can tell from a mile away that they use top-quality local ingredients, fresh and made to perfection, respecting tradition.
The tagliolini with morels were simply divine!!!! I regret not having had seconds.
To top it all off, the extremely kind and friendly staff make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
The bill was also a pleasant surprise: the prices are absolutely fair and honest for the quality offered.
Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

A wonderful and delicious experience at this restaurant, which offers traditional cuisine with a sophisticated twist. As a vegetarian in this region, it's not easy for me to find delicious, meat-free dishes...at Trattoria Del Borgo, I had a truly excellent appetizer, first course, and dessert. Friendly and courteous service, a very cozy atmosphere, and excellent value. We were two families with four somewhat noisy children, but despite that, we had a really good time.

We had lunch here today and were delighted. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly. We ate some amazing dishes. Original yet always with a traditional twist.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back! 🏍️🍝🍷
