11/07/2026: I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant during the summer, allowing me to take advantage of the romantic setting in the alley outside the osteria. The staff was incredibly kind, so much so that they were able to find us a seat even after a 15-minute wait without a reservation. The portions were adequate, not too large to fill you up without savoring the flavor, but not too small to leave you hungry: the balance was perfect! Even the wait times were impeccable: we never had to wait, but the service wasn't excessively fast either, allowing us to fully enjoy the moment and the atmosphere. In short, impeccable to say the least! Highly recommended. 13/04/2026: In Imola, the beacon of excellence is San Domenico, but I, frankly, prefer Le Callegherie. It's an osteria in name only; it's an excellent restaurant with a top-notch chef. Its menu features superbly crafted meat and seafood dishes, which, combined with a remarkable wine cellar, rival the aforementioned Imola's excellent restaurants. The location is beautiful yet understated, but reservations are recommended due to limited seating. Worth a visit for an important evening, or simply when you want to indulge in a gastronomic treat.

26/07/2026: Very kind and professional staff. I'd especially like to mention the homemade gluten-free pasta: it's an understatement to call it delicious, and for a celiac, it's a true paradise! More generally, they have a wide-ranging gluten-free menu!

25/07/2026: The bill is only Roman-style, and no exceptions are made. The restaurant still operates on a pen-and-paper basis... which means no one leaves until the table is finished. The pasta dishes are very good, the portions are just right, and the pizza is well-topped. The staff is excellent.

07/06/2026: A true Neapolitan pizzeria that didn't disappoint in the slightest. The pizza was tasty, melt-in-the-mouth, and easy to digest. An important point to note: a quality-price ratio that's hard to find elsewhere.

29/05/2026: As lovers of good Neapolitan pizza, we were deeply curious to try a new pizzeria. We can say we are deeply satisfied: the pizza was delicious, extremely digestible and remarkably melt-in-the-mouth. The staff was friendly, and the pizzas arrived quickly despite the large number of customers. Exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back.

The quality of the dishes and the presentation are exceptional. Our favorite place, a guarantee and a sure thing. Excellent quality, and the price matches the high-quality ingredients. Excellent, friendly, hospitable, and always attentive to the customer and their needs. My favorite place in my beautiful Imola.

16/06/2026: Amazing restaurant in Imola. Superbly friendly staff, English menus for those who struggle with Italian. Food and atmosphere was superb. Definitely worth a visit when you are in the area.

11/08/2026: We didn't like it... the appetizer was decent, but the first and second courses were served like canteen food. And we paid too much for what we ate. The service was okay. The road to get there is bumpy, and the climb up from the parking lot to the restaurant is very steep.

25/06/2026: A truly beautiful place, in a period building with a lovely garden. Upon entering, the tavern-like atmosphere breaks the pretentious luxury restaurant vibe and elevates the experience to another level. The menu is excellent, featuring plenty of seasonal ingredients and delicious off-menu dishes at fair prices. The service is very friendly. In short, a must-try!

13/06/2026: I was at Bonelli's in Imola yesterday. There were four of us, and we showed up at 7:30 PM to avoid the usual weekend queue. We ordered (1 veggie, 1 alarm, 1 special, and 1 classic, if I'm not mistaken) and while we were waiting, I noticed that the meat was being taken from a "small oven" and finished cooking on a griddle. I checked with the cashier, and she confirmed that the meat was precooked to save time. The sandwiches arrived! Beautiful and fragrant, but the meat was overcooked inside, almost gray in color, and with too much Maillard on the surface. Precooking undoubtedly led to an unnecessary release of the meat's juices and flavors, causing them to remain in the pan. What a shame. At the entrance, they advertised a sandwich with juicy, pink meat, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The sandwiches themselves were inviting and tasty. Guys, let's face it, the menu isn't free, so if I come here, it's because I hope my expectations are met and fulfilled. I hope this review isn't taken as a criticism, but as advice to never stop improving.

07/06/2026: The bread was falling apart like it was stale. I couldn't taste the meat. I was thrilled to not give money to a classic fast food chain, thinking I was eating something artisanal. I was disappointed; I expected something better. This is a constructive review. I think you can do much better.
