What we ate was unquestionable: the dishes were good, the ingredients were local, and you could clearly sense the care and craftsmanship behind each course. The presentation and explanations were also meticulous, which is certainly commendable. That said, while everything was enjoyable, nothing really left an impression on us. The flavors were good, but there was nothing exceptional, nothing surprising, or suggestive of a unique taste. The dishes that make you want to return are missing. The price is high, and perhaps this can be justified by the restaurant's accolades. However, my personal opinion is that, despite the food being good, I found nothing memorable: a pleasant experience, but not one that would make me want to return.

The à la carte selection is different from other restaurants. They also do takeout and rotisserie. With a little more attention to customer service, it would be a 5-star restaurant!

On the other hand, the tagliatelle were really good, as was the scottona, and my friends who ordered the boiled meat were very satisfied. There's a decent selection of wines, and the prices are about two-thirds of those of a reasonably priced Bolognese restaurant, and those who enjoy the plains will also enjoy the drive there.
