27/02/2024: I have been going to this restaurant for several years and I have always eaten well, I must admit that last time they outdid themselves, I ate a fantastic Tuscan ribollita and a Petroniana style rib with black truffle which was truly enjoyable, as always the service was excellent. Congratulations to all the staff

22/03/2024: I expected more from this place... let's start with the appetizer of raw ham and whole artichokes... the artichokes were good, but the raw one was cut too thin... so I didn't like it... the first course of tortellini in broth was good ..and this is a dish that I would take again..the second courses disappointed me a bit..especially the duck breast, which was too rare..the skin of the duck breast was not crunchy, nor was that of the guinea fowl breast... which, however, was well cooked, as it should have been, but even there the skin was soft and still too fat... both breasts were accompanied by mashed potatoes... with the difference that what The duck breast was accompanied by a saffron puree... never tasted it before and really good... in the puree that was with the guinea fowl breast, however, perhaps there was some cheese... which, however, wouldn't go there... this was because it was a purée that was really too full-bodied and not soft.. for desserts, I recommend, without a doubt, the sorbet of the day.. I got the citrus one of orange and lemon.. and I would have done an encore of this too.. the millefeuille of phyllo pastry, cream and strawberries, on the other hand, had a cream that was, in my opinion, too liquid.. last thing, the price of the dishes was a bit excessive compared to the final result of the dishes.. the two of us spent 150 euros, but the dishes were more refined in presentation than in cooking... the potatoes in the octopus salad, for example, were not soft, but were still a little too hard...

05/04/2024: Delicious dishes made with love and knowledge that bring back the authentic tastes of Bolognese and Italian cuisine. The best tortellini in Bologna and a wonderful grandmother's spoon dessert. Chef and staff make the experience unique and special. Highly recommended!

07/04/2024: To cut a long story short: friendly staff, quick service, a "greeting from the kitchen" and a mixed bread basket with homemade bread and crissini and, last but not least, delicious pasta. The menu is small but well thought out and also offers options for vegetarians. We weren't that hungry and opted for a prosecco, tortellini and my boyfriend went for the pasta bolognese. Aldente and good soul food. Grazie, Ristorante Ciacco.

05/04/2024: Cozy place that puts you at ease. Generous portions and excellent quality. I recommend a trio of first courses if there are 4 of you eating and you want to try different first courses. (here too large portions) Fast service and very friendly and helpful staff. The staff lists the menu entirely by heart and explains it very well but perhaps a menu written at the table could help with the choice given the numerous dishes. I recommend the tortelloni stuffed with mortadella and the baked fillet. The desserts are good. Compliments.

24/03/2024: Well-kept restaurant inside, good staff service but as far as the food is concerned, which overall is good but the prices are exaggerated... we are at Castel Maggiore not in Montecarlo... cover charge €4 gnocchi with pumpkin and gorgonzola €16 but on the plate there were 4 in number... but really 4 and small... let's specify that we are not gluttons but the empty plate is not!! we didn't continue because we really risked spending €300 and then going to make a sandwich elsewhere... Really embarrassing!!!

04/04/2024: I am 53 years old, and I really appreciated the place. Just like everyone should be. The former are excellent, the latter are good. In my opinion, boiled meats should be accompanied by more aggressive sauces, but this is subjective. The house red is good. Efficient and professional staff. I will be back, and I recommend it
