Entering this trattoria is like stepping back in time, eating homemade dishes from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines! The owner jokes with everyone and tries to get everyone to know each other, as if it were a real convivial tavern...a wonderful experience!

This trattoria, nestled at the end of a road in a remote mountain village, has a great location. Excellent food and a great experience. The owner is very friendly and entertains customers with amusing jokes. I found the best mascarpone cream for dessert; having tried it at several restaurants, this was the best. I highly recommend going there to try this best dessert in all of Emilia Romagna!

As soon as you arrive, you're greeted by Larry, and you immediately realize you're in a trattoria unlike any other. Lunch goes wonderfully thanks to Larry and the entire staff, who put you at ease and make you feel truly at home, like an old friend. The food is truly delicious (special mention for the porcini mushrooms), and when it comes to dessert (assuming you have any room left), you can't miss their specialty: "la Bagigia"...devastating.
All this, and all at a surprisingly good price.
It's absolutely advisable to book, otherwise you risk not getting a seat.

A cheerful Ferragosto lunch with phenomenal service.
Superlative tortellini and torta bagigia, excellent ravioli and main course sauces, and the lasagna needs work.
