12/08/2025: We got married on June 28, 2025, at Gaiana. For our wedding, we relied on Jari Catering and, in particular, Stefania, who, from our first meeting, proved to be organized, attentive, and helpful. The food was simply exquisite: carefully prepared and abundant dishes, from the aperitif to the main courses, desserts, and fruit, everything was greatly appreciated by us and our guests. Every course won over everyone, helping to make our day even more special. Great credit also goes to the entire catering staff and waiters: excellent, kind, always smiling, organized, and attentive. Everything was perfect, without the slightest error or mix-up, and all our guests' dietary preferences, allergies, and intolerances were perfectly respected. A special thanks to Stefania, who proved to be a fundamental presence on our wedding day as well: kind, empathetic, always "on the ball," and ready to help us with every detail. 10/08/2025: My husband and I were catered by Jari Catering for our wedding. Two months later, we continue to receive compliments on the quality of the food! Everything was perfect, even the food presentation was impeccable! They really pay close attention to customer requests, such as special diets (vegetarians, vegans, etc.) or allergies (we had two celiacs at our event, who were delighted). Stefania will help you choose your menu and organize the table settings with great professionalism. She will be with you throughout the event, coordinating the kitchen and guests so that the reception is a pleasant experience for everyone, with jokes and perfectly timed dishes. Kudos also to all the staff, who are friendly and professional. Jari is extraordinary in everything, from the food to their passion for their work.

24/08/2025: I've eaten at this restaurant several times. It's welcoming and quiet, but above all, you'll find exquisite dishes prepared by a chef who uses quality ingredients to create unique dishes. I highly recommend it.

04/09/2025: We recently had lunch at this trattoria/pizzeria 🍽🍕 and were definitely satisfied 👍. Arriving around 12:15, we were warmly welcomed by the staff members who, after a brief inspection of the room, showed us to a free table. Leafing through the menu, fortunately still on paper 📋 in an era when only QR codes seem to exist 📱, we noted the good variety of options, which were also very tasty. Our choice therefore fell on two first courses 🍝 (gramigna with sausage and chitarrine alla carbonara 🥓🥚), a second course (wild boar stew 🐗 with potatoes 🥔) and a side dish (fried porcini mushrooms). To drink, a bottle of sparkling water 💧 and half a liter of house Sangiovese 🍷. At the end of the meal, we also treated ourselves to a couple of desserts (Barozzina cake and Catalan cream) and two coffees ☕. Everything was truly delicious 😋 and served with kindness; the first courses were excellent both in terms of seasoning and cooking, as were the mushrooms (I would never have imagined eating them fried) and the stew (very soft and well-spiced). Regarding the Catalan cream, I confess that I was initially perplexed by the unusual liquidity of the caramel (normally congealed in the usual sugar crust); in any case, it turned out to be absolutely delicious. The setting was pleasant and well-kept (the wooden ceiling with exposed beams is beautiful), as was the atmosphere. The quality/price ratio was good, since we spent a total of 60 euros 💶. The bathrooms 🚾 were clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴. There are some parking spaces next to the property 🚘, but there's no real dedicated parking area 🅿️. The location along Strada Statale 64 Porrettana is strategic. We liked it, which is why I RECOMMEND IT 👍. 23/08/2025: Dinner with friends, a lovely plate of tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms, and a generous Bolognese cutlet (this will be my second time eating it). Prices are average; the first and second course, plus drinks and dessert, cost about €30. So we might go back.

We've been regulars for years now, we love it, we feel right at home, the pizza is, in our opinion, the best and lightest of all the pizzerias in the area!!!! I'm giving it 4 stars because they really don't have options for lactose intolerant/vegetarian/vegans from what I've seen so far. Hopefully they'll introduce them! Just replace the cow's milk with plant-based milk...

We stopped by chance, found a simple location (but they're the best!), a friendliness and familiarity now unknown in many places, regular guests (Franco and Franca) were incredibly friendly, and to top it all off, we ate incredibly well! Crescentine with cured meats and spaghetti al torchio with carbo-onion were amazing! Thanks, we'll be back.

28/07/2025: Lovely food. We tried "green tagliatelle with orange and ham, taglio di chianina with rosemary and, surprisingly, lovely dessert: Prendi la vita a morsi. That's how it can be done. Intimate place. Not a big "dining room". These people know it!
