20/10/2025: Looking for a quick meal, we dared to enter this neighborhood bar/pastry shop and we were right, the piadina are excellent!

15/10/2025: I'm sorry to have to write a negative review, but lately I've only been reading untruthful and biased reviews. I think it's right to share your experience honestly. I've been wanting to try this bar for a while. I was inspired by the vintage and traditional atmosphere, but unfortunately, it's not the Caffè Platti in Turin. There's very little that's old-fashioned about Bologna; the tradition of old cafés has been lost. However, everything here is vintage, including the cleaning, which was probably last done in the 1970s. The bathroom door was open, tables were dirty, and detergent was clearly visible but not used. What surprised me was that there was a large staff, but no one was cleaning either the tables or the bathroom. I bought two vintage pastries, which were also a couple of days old, unfortunately. A real shame, but cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, is a business card for a place; if that's missing, everything else is missing.

11/10/2025: Excellent menu, refined but not pretentious. The atmosphere is relaxing and refined, with great customer service.

22/09/2025: We found it by chance while looking for a restaurant near Unipol. We had a very pleasant evening and a very interesting culinary experience. The restaurant is well-kept and elegant, with friendly and impeccable service. The food is excellent, with an unusual and well-prepared seafood menu. The price was in line with the food and service. We will definitely be back.

04/10/2025: Decent ramen, quality in line with the price (which remains fair). It's not the best ramen I've tried, but not the worst either: an average experience. The place is small but cute and welcoming, although the staff seemed a bit cold. Overall, nothing exceptional, but it's still a good option if you're in the area.

04/10/2025: It’s hard to find a good ramen place in Bologna where pasta is the norm, but this is a hidden gem worth trying. I went there at least once a month during my stay in town for 9 months. Nagoya Ramen (€12) is my go-to menu. It’s not like traditional tonkotsu ramen but the ground pork, veggies, and the spicy flavor work great together. Friendly service, but you should ask for a fortune cookie at the cashier because they don’t display it!

20/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience at Osteria del Rivellino in Bazzano I went to Rivellino last night for dinner and was thrilled! The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, making you feel immediately at ease. The staff is kind, attentive, and well-organized, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. The food is simply delicious: dishes crafted with attention to detail, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that express tradition with passion. Every course was a pleasant discovery. A place where you eat well and feel at home. Highly recommended!

22/09/2025: I'll start by saying that this was my second time eating at a "luxury" restaurant, so I don't have much to compare it to. We went there yesterday and were immediately struck by the prices. I'd looked them up on Trip Advisor, and the catch of the day was listed at €4.50 per 100g, while the restaurant menu listed it at €9 per 100g. I'd only gone for the catch of the day, but given the price, I unfortunately had to change my mind. I had the snapper with peppers and olives. Aside from the fact that €26 was really cheap—two small slices—I was more disappointed by the fact that the fish was overcooked. It was extremely dry and stuck to my teeth. The flavor wasn't bad, but for €26, I expected it to be cooked to perfection. We also had the spaghetti with clams. The flavor was good, but the pasta was far too al dente. The waitress was really nice and kind, but the wait was quite long, despite there being only six tables of two, most of whom had already eaten. Too bad, I was disappointed.

05/10/2025: Loved this place. Very unassuming from the street and didn't actually look like anything when I peeked in the door. Then they seated me in a very large, tastefully done area in the back. Great food, friendly staff (who did their best with my English), and reasonable prices. Two thumbs up!

09/10/2025: Really nice restaurant, got a table thanks to being there early, otherwise a reservation might be needed. The antipasti was amazing with high quality ham, salami, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. I also tried the lasagna which was amazing. Can only recommend!

03/10/2025: Found by chance near the station, a very welcoming and rustic place, the owner is very very friendly, kind and helpful, the pasta is delicious, even the Bolognese cutlet, but I didn't manage to take a photo because I devoured it, it is also wheelchair accessible for those who want to taste the flavors of Bologna.

27/09/2025: A gem in the hills that offers peace to the heart and satisfaction to the palate. An enchanting place, the welcome couldn't have been better, many compliments to the owner. We ate exquisite meat, excellent wine and olive oil, and they even served warm bread that smelled of home. Highly recommended!

11/10/2025: We were there for dinner. Pizzas were very good, prices fair, very good atmosphere, very cold beers and friendly and efficient service. It was at a walking distance from the D'Aiano Guesthouse

25/09/2025: The food was excellent, the staff were courteous and helpful, but what made the experience worthwhile was listening to a middle-aged woman, seated at a table with several other people, talking at a high volume (I think to be heard by those of us sitting at tables far apart, but not too far apart) about a co-worker who apparently frequents circles with particular tastes… criticizing him with the severe closed-mindedness of those who don't welcome, accept, and even less understand diversity as freedom. In any case, it was very entertaining to listen to this kind of conversation live, with the conviction of someone who is leading the world toward salvation. Excellent service and courteous staff

07/10/2025: Some friends from Ischia were passing through Bologna, and I wanted them to try authentic Emilian cuisine. So, after a selection of cold cuts, served with the best crescentine and fried food I've had recently (not at all greasy), we had a selection of first courses: lasagna, tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù, tagliatelle alla Romagna (butter and prosciutto), and tortellini in broth. Only water (a huge amount) and one dessert (tenerina with mascarpone). The service was prompt, courteous, and unobtrusive, truly excellent. The total cost was €141. Highly recommended. The only problem is finding parking in the area.

04/10/2025: One of the places I always love to return to. The food is really good. If you like Bolognese food, this is the place for you. The only downside is that I always struggle to find a seat 🤣🤣🤣

29/09/2025: Where should I start… The food was absolutely amazing, the staff were kind, funny and very well informed. The only place where you check the menu is next to the entrance, in there you get your own waiter, who tells you everything about the food the wines and gives you recommendations. Our waiter recommended us 3 type of pasta for the first course, then 1 meat course for seconds (we choose the 3 pasta and 2 meat courses [2 M 2W]). They were all smaller sharing plates, so by the time we finished, everyone ate 1,25 smaller (but still) sharing plate worth of delicious food, not talking about the house’s wine which was very great and the tiramisu which was amazing. All in all, everything is spectacular from the quality of the food, the staff to the pricing. (89€) If you are in the area, it is worth the extra time to come here.
