Stefania had impressed us with her professionalism and precision right from the day of the tastings, but on the day of our wedding we were amazed: everything, from the aperitif to the dessert buffet, was delicious and the quantity more than perfect. A note of praise in particular for Stefania: thanks to her there was no need for a wedding planner, she followed us a lot throughout the entire organization and was always available.

We got married in La Gaiana a few days ago and we relied on Stefania's super professionalism for the catering. Everything was perfect. From the appetizer to the dessert buffet. Never had food so good at a wedding! We relied on this catering for our wedding at La Gaiana and all the guests complimented us on the quality of all the preparations from the aperitif buffet to the skill of the open bar barman. We can only confirm that we ate divinely and thank Stefania who followed the entire event like a wedding planner with incredible professionalism, giving support to us newlyweds and helping us realize this fantastic day! For our wedding, celebrated at La Gaiana Location, we were offered exclusive catering by Da Jari. This proved to be a significant advantage, given the harmony with the staff of the location and the ingrained knowledge of the timing for managing the event, we had a very good time without any worries or problems at the party. You can immediately feel traditionality and accuracy in the choice of dishes, from the appetizer to the dinner (in our case), up to the desserts. The catering is excellent and has a good choice for both the warmer and slightly colder seasons, the dishes are well prepared and with seasonal products. The very rich and tasty appetizer left room for a light and pleasant dinner. The desserts, according to all the guests, were a fairy tale. The cellar is well stocked and apart from the wines offered as a base, they also have an excellent wine list to be able to increase your requests and expectations. The open bar option is also excellent, making the post-dinner experience very complete and pleasant. The very kind and trained staff is managed in a professional manner by Mrs. Stefania who was able to put us at ease and made herself available to our requests. Truly everything perfect. The cost of catering is competitive and well distributed between adults and children, even the various options (cigar corner, rum and chocolate corner, open bar etc...) have a rather low cost. Our vote is more than positive!!
