28/03/2026: I ate Chinese a la carte, but there's an all-you-can-eat option. Chinese and Japanese food. Good food, fast service, and friendly staff. The only downside, for my taste, is having to order with the app without a paper menu. I'll be back to try the sushi.

28/12/2025: DONT COME HERE, SCAM! So the place is only a counter. Before I ordered I asked them, can you sit down somewhere. The lady replied - yes, across the street. She didnt mentioned thou that if you want to sit down there you have to order something to drink. It is a matter of principle, if they dont inform you about a hidden cost, then you dont pay. Cheapskates. The prices are the same as anywhere else, the food is below average for Italian standards. They give it to you in a lame plastic container. Unfriendly, no atmosphere, rude.

16/12/2025: The pumpkin tortelloni open up during cooking, the gnocchi are very firm with a faint potato flavour.

13/04/2026: We had a great experience at Trattoria Monte Adone. We really enjoyed the tortelloni with truffles and the ravioli with mushrooms. The grilled meats are also of high quality, and there's a good selection of wines. The portions aren't small at all, so it's a recommended place, especially if you're passing through the Via degli Dei. The only caveat: the prices aren't the cheapest; this trattoria could be a little better.

21/11/2025: Excellent biodinamico wine, very nice people around and oustanding service. No food, but you can grab something from the neighbouring La Salcuderia to accompany the tremendous liquid!

12/04/2026: For a quick lunch, we went in to try a few pieces because it was mentioned often online... And only now do I understand why... Delicious pizza, soft dough and truly high-quality ingredients, priced by weight. Among the ones I ordered, I especially loved the one with porchetta and smoked provola, really good; the ham and stracchino, also very good; then the gorgonzola with pumpkin, good and unique, with the gorgonzola not too overpowering, which was a plus; and finally the pumpkin, spinach, purple cabbage, and onion, unique and delicious... Friendly staff, and a central, clean location.

02/04/2026: Found it by chance online. Delicious, carefully prepared, and unique food, a family atmosphere, and the company of our dog. We felt at home, as if we'd been customers for a while. We would have chatted endlessly after dinner with the staff who welcomed us, but we were the last customers, so we let them go and rest. We'll definitely be back.

06/04/2026: One of the best dinners I've had in recent memory. I had a charcuterie board, piadina, and crescentine, followed by two mixed grills, a fillet steak, a rib-eye steak, and a mixed fried fish. Two bottles of local Pignoletto, very good and nice and cold. For four of us, we spent about €40 each. The service was also practically perfect, with at least four people serving. The location, facing the Dozza fortress, is splendid.

06/04/2026: We came for Easter Monday with a set menu. Good quality food with cold cuts, fried gnocco, and piadina, accompanied by delicious fried polenta. A trio of first courses with generous portions per person. I also had a second course of beef tagliata, which was really well-cooked and flavorful, with French fries. Overall, the service was quick, and the staff was polite and friendly. Recommended.

02/03/2026: A very positive experience, the food was delicious, and we had fun grilling! The lady who explained the dishes and how to prepare them during dinner was incredibly sweet. All this with K-pop music playing in the background! We'll be back! ❤️

26/02/2026: A wonderfully simple and authentically welcoming place, where you can still feel a pleasant, homey atmosphere of complete relaxation. It's no coincidence that it's frequented, unfortunately less and less frequently, by the great Francesco Guccini and his friends/fans. We sampled a wonderful ribollita after enjoying a hearty platter of cured meats and cheeses typical of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The owners, Mimmo and Elisabetta, are very friendly and attentive to their customers. It will be our regular stop every time we return to this area.

30/10/2025: BEWARE of "too good to go" croissants⚠️ Yesterday, October 29, in the afternoon I purchased a bag for €4.99 (worth €15) and was quite dissatisfied. Besides the drastic change in attitude from the staff when I explained I was there to pick up the bag and not to buy, the variety was practically zero: I received 6 croissants. I have nothing to complain about, however, regarding the packaging and the empty croissants, which I found to be good and of decent quality. However, I find myself having to make a complaint here too, since the two chocolate croissants (two different types of creams, one of which I suspect was egg-based) had a filling so hard and/or acidic that they were inedible. It took me a while to figure out what flavor it was and that it was supposed to be chocolate, and I had to throw them away, even though I was disappointed given the app's anti-food waste policy. I realize fresh products can't be guaranteed, and that's fine, but those weren't even from the day before, or even the day before that... I'm explaining what happened because I'm in the midst of food poisoning and I'm hoping the situation doesn't worsen so I don't have to go to the emergency room. I hope the staff can intervene to prevent more people from getting sick, but in the meantime, I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE PURCHASING TOO GOOD TO GO FROM THIS BAKERY.

08/04/2026: Relaxed atmosphere with ad hoc service, a series of 3 rooms, but don't be fooled, often full, beware, good places fill up quickly!

06/04/2026: We had a wonderful dinner here, great menu variety & all dishes were excellent. We really enjoyed the bolognese which was a very generous serving & the tortelloni in sage & butter sauce 👏🏼 the service was slow the evening we were there as initially there was only one staff member but it was Easter Sunday so that may be why. The service we recieved was brilliant, just a bit slow. Very reasonably priced we had lots of food plus alcohol for total €75. Would recommend getting there early as tables filled out quickly but it’s worth a visit.

19/03/2026: Truly excellent restaurant, with extremely friendly and professional young staff. It's often said that young people aren't very customer-focused or helpful, but here it was quite the opposite: everything was perfect. The team was very attentive and even thanked us several times. The food was delicious, and the wine recommendation was spot on. The value for money is also absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The trattorias are beautiful, the portions are generous, the dishes are tasty and without too much frills, everything is delicious, the wild boar ragu is super good, the grill is ok, the desserts are delicious, the location is definitely dated but welcoming, the service is perfect, we had a great time, we'll be back!

25/12/2025: Wow, just wow! A trattoria just 30 minutes from Bologna. The crescentine with cured meats were truly delicious, as were the pasta dishes: flavorful and with huge portions. This restaurant ticks all the boxes for price, quality, and quantity—something that's far from a given these days. Highly recommended!

16/03/2026: Had the most amazing meal here with my husband! Hands down the best food we had during our travels through Italy. We were very lucky to get a table - would advise booking so not to be disappointed.
